Ranking S36 Players by Points Scored
#1

I'm not a big media guy. I find it a bit tedious and kind of a waste of my time. But I figured that today, I'd look back at the history of my first draft class, S36, and rate us by points scored. (I know @"luketd" did an article on this a while back but with most of these players retired, I think that this would be a good retrospective.) For some background: S36 is arguably one of the best classes of all time depth-wise. We had a lot of good players and we were all pretty close for a while so I wanted to look back and see how everyone who appeared in a SHL game did.

Also, before we begin, I used the bojo box for the stat finding, which is missing S50, and I am too lazy to look back at S50, so this will be partially incomplete as I'll be missing a season. My apologies.

Goals Scored

We'll start off with goals first. There were some fantastic snipers in this class who really excelled at putting the puck in the net. Here's the list:

Oisin Fletcher: 237

Total Points

Finally, we have total points. This overall shows how great S36 really was, with 15 (assuming Hefeweizen scored at least 7 points in S50) scoring at least 300 points.

Tigole Bitties: 539
Teddy Cuddles: 518
Oisin Fletcher: 512
Roman Augustus: 493
Oliver Konig: 445
Joseph Lombardi: 417
Yuri Boyka, Jr.: 401
Isak Odegard: 390
Sami Owens: 380
Alexander Zajac: 376
Dionyz Vyskoc: 374
Vijanupatan Singh: 364
Clint Eastwood: 335
Eric Pelletier: 322
Colton Hagan: 294
Karl Hefeweizen: 293
Nour Harrak: 292
Casey Creller: 261
Chippy Chiclets: 249
Inari Twain: 180
Dakota Reid: 175
Mercer Church: 170
Ben Turska: 112
Dwayne Wyder: 101
Luisa Koller: 77
Seth Paige: 46
Finn Jakobsen: 30
Gilfred Alfredsson: 17
Lukas Muller: 9
Chase Byron: 8
Ted Glass: 2
Cloud McCarthy: 0

And there it ends. It was nice to look back and see how my old classmates did, and some had some fantastic careers. While I don't think there will be any Hall of Famers from this class, it was pretty deep, and is rightfully amongst one of the best classes in SHL Draft history.

his resurgence was funded by the elite of the shl. He was gonna be a bust and would have no cups if not for that, open your eyes
