My comments to him were in reference to him not knowing if he was a good Sig maker since he hasn't been graded. I assured him that there are other ways to self assess, stressing the importance of it as an artist. Furthermore, he was incredibly active in our critique and comment section but often ignored suggestions, hoping for praise exclusively. He recieved more attention than most in the server.
Second.
"No intention of improving it" would be true if you disregard the fact that we have a new system in place, new role restructure, new pay/grade scale, and new hires (I wasn't actively grading last week and was brought on to help support the team), and finally that our primary intention over the past few weeks have been improving it..
