Since my player needs to develop for two-way defenceman with gifted skating ability and shot I think to focus in well suited all-around game at first then find somehow hot to play smart and then be ridiculously fast and shooty.

Not much actually in generally. From 0 to 20 depending of situations around me.

I want to make myself into a punishing defenseman in the vein of an enforcer, but with fewer fisticuffs. The opposing team shouldn't want a single shift against me because they'll feel it the next day.

Hey, my player's name is the one the only, Hennessey-Gallchobhar O'McGuiness, a do-it-all defenseman, who favors the right side of the ice. I prefer the style of play as primarily a defenseman, but one who can also be a playmaker and reliable scoring option when needed. I prefer a very versatile player who can do it all, and not only anchors a defense but the team as well.

Per week I usually have 5-6 hours a week free.
