Free redistribution is a terrible idea, especially for the purpose of experimenting with different builds.

Imagine Crosby coming in one preseason and saying he's gonna be a power forward now.

but by that logic we should just remove redistribution altogether. In the old system, Crosby would still be able to do that because he has the money.
