New DFA Rule

To encourage the social interaction we, in SMJHL HO, are implementing the following rules. Once the SMJHL Trade Deadline has passed. GMs may opt to sign DFAs based on roster availability. Once all teams have declared to be finished rostering players, then all DFAs may be signed as Un-Rostered Traditional DFAS -All DFAS will receive 1m and join your locker room immediately. Any DFA you sign will not be included in your cap. -There is no limit on rostered DFAS as long as you have space on your roster. UN-rostered DFAS -All DFAS will receive 1m and join your locker room immediately.
