This is the 2nd part of the the Top Line Rankings. You can see the 1st part here- SMJHL Top Line Rankings - Line 1

So now focusing on the best of the rest. For the players, I will have the the Total TPE first then I will have the Total TPE with the Caps included. Just to see the difference and comparison. For the teams, I have them ranked using the Capped TPE amount with the Total TPE uncapped ranked next to it. These rankings are all done before any updates today (07/31/2020)
Note: I realize that some of these players play on other lines and players who actually play on line 2 may not be included. These lines are soley based on TPE thats it.
