Good afternoon SMJHL

It has come to the attention of the SMJHL HO that during two (2) games on October 2nd, the Kelowna Knights played with an illegal roster consisting of four playmakers. This directly violates rule 2.b.ii in the SMJHL rulebook.

Code:
2.b.ii.  A maximum of three (3) players per any role (not listed above) across the lineup. This does allow for multiple players of the same role on the same line, but the entire roster will be capped at 3.

The Kelowna Gms will be fined half of their S56 GM pay.

Moving forward SMJHL will operate on a punishment tier system for this particular offense.
1st offense- Loss of half GM Pay
2nd offense- Loss of full GM Pay and a 1st Probation
3rd offense- Termination of GMs
(Your slate cleans in 3 seasons with no mistake)

This is what I get for studying over auditing lines. In retaliation, Kelowna will be suspending Teddy Park for 10 games.
