Tom Fiddler was basically two things. Number one, my name is Tom. Number two, my favorite character from my favorite series is known simply as "Fiddler". Hes a seargent in the Malazan army. He's more of a sapper than a brawler, which means hes basically an engineer. Malazan is a fantasy world though, and he has grenados from a slightly more advanced civilization (as many sappers do) and he basically gets to hurl the equivalent of bundles of dynamite at people.

Sammy Blaze is a take on popular St. Louis Blues forward Samuel Blais. I heard his name so much during the St. Louis playoff run that I thought it sounded cool with a few tweaks, to carry on in the same form as Harvey Danger.

Its my actual name. No really, my last name is Dolphin. Im not any good at making up names anyway and my last name is different enough as it is.

So when I wanted to create, I knew I wanted to make a Canadian. So, at the time, I had this art friend from Toronto and I was like, "Hey I should just make my character from there and ask her for some naming help." I told her I wanted one of those two name names like "Jean-Baptiste" or something. So she went through a few and I was like, Jean-Paul sounds good. However we needed a last name. So I was like, give me a french last name. Which was Boivin. However I thought it was pronounced Boi-vin so that was fun. Anyway, I had a friend make the name for me.

Christopher Nolan's Bane is simply one of the most awesome comic book film villains ever put on the big screen and there was no question I wanted to use him as the base for my next player.

The background behind the name Vili Afalava is deep seated in poly culture. The first name Vili is a long time traditional name given to Polynesian Males and because I've always been a University of Hawai'i football fan and their old mascot used to be Vili the Warrior. Afalava is another long time tradition Polynesian surname. Afalava is also even more derived straight from Tonga and is one of the oldest known surnames. The decision to use both is due to wanting a cool but also short and cultural based names.

I will do this mPT on the GOAT Flacko Lagerfield. Flacko comes from ASAP Rocky, Lagerfield comes from some dude's discord name from some random ass discord I was in 3 years ago.

It's actually a pretty simple process for me. I say that but there's a lot of little fact actually.

1. I wanted an irish name, as i was going to recreate as Ireland affiliated with the goaltender
2. I wanted a name starting with Eli, referencing one of my player in another league.
3. I wanted an unique name, I wanted the possibility to search for my player name without finding other players, like it ended up happening with Fletcher.

Zdenko Beranek is the son of Roman Beranek. Roman Beranek was a player for the Charlotte Bootleggers in the PHL, which was a "GM league" operated by @Wasty. @GCool drafted Beranek to the Hartford Huskies when he took over the team, just before he relocated the team to Charlotte. I was GCool's successor in Charlotte.

Conor Tanner believe it or not is due to the fact that my first players name was Connor Tanner, who is the father to Conor Tanner. I make Connor because I had recently watched Fast and the Furious, and @Beaver made Jack Tanner and I wanted to be his brother.

RART is the diminutive for Ragnar-Alexandre Ragnarsson-Tremblay. Half Finnish, half Quebecer. I decided to choose this name because I wanted my player to be the brother of my very good friend (in real life) @"lespoils" . He told me about the SHL and he was like : ''BRO, LET'S BE BROS IN THE SHL IT WILL BE FREAKING AWESOME'' so I said : ''HELL YEAH BRO''. We also wanted to represent our province (Quebec) but also be part of the Finland Hockey Team because Finalnd is our (at least mine) favorite international hockey team.

The Jean-Uhtred Ragnarsson-Tremblay name stems out from a random discussion I had with my roommates a few years back after binging the first three seasons of The Last Kingdom in a few weeks. Somehow discussions ended up on how funny it'd be if people named their kid Uhtred in our culture and that was a result that I found hilarious so I used it for my player since I wanted to keep the Québecois aspect but also play for Finland without being a transfer or having a complicated backstory.

ok I'm gonna be level with you hotdog there's really not much to explain about my name it was just a sort of random combination of two names that I threw together and the last name in particular is chinese because that's cool and me

Kalashnikov is a name that needs not introduction. It instantly conveys and image of Russian destruction and that is exactly what i wanted my menace of a player to be. Felt like it just fit perfectly.
