On R&L, I've mentioned a few times that I'd like them removed, or add 4 mPT style tasks to allow people to make up the difference. How about making milestones a part of Championship Week? Still limit milestones to 4, but now they count towards the 16 CW limit. So if you get some milestones you can skip a few points worth of CW tasks.
