Just a small update: talking with Carpy, we decided to increase the graphics pay per graded from 50k per graphic to 60k per graphic. It may not seem like a lot, but luckily with a strong graphics community, and the work carpy has done to increase grading in both an accurate and efficient manner, the graders will be properly compensated.
