2. What is more important to you, winning championships or building a close-knit locker room? I would want a bit of both but leaning towards the close-knit locker room. A team that is close and actively pursuing growth towards winning. 

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10) 6/7 I am in grad school so I cant be crazy active but I will do my best to be present and actively trying to be social.  

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable) I want to be a player who is reliable and that a team can count on when it matters most. 

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal) Probably 3-4 but if the team needs me ill stay longer. 

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics? I want to focus on doing more graphic stuff so I can get better at photoshop. 

7. What do you think you can bring to the locker-room/team? Well to the team like I have said before I want to fill the gaps that the team needs where ever it might be.

10. Anything else you would like us to know? while im in grad school right now my goal is to still be as active as I can so I dont let the team down.

I've been in the ISFL for a few months now, and am currently the GM for the Austin Copperheads

2. What is more important to you, winning championships or building a close-knit locker room?
Locker rooms over championships. I also think building a good locker room leads to success.

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10)
I'm assuming 10 is highest here.. I'd give it a solid 7 with potential to be higher. This is my first time trying anything other than ISFL, so I'm not 100% sure how active I'll be yet.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)
My character's short description is: A goon that can actually play hockey. I googled it, and apparently Cam Neely is the type of player I'm looking for.

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal)
I'll leave that decision up to my GMs most likely. I'll ask both who needs me more and try to make the best decision at the time.

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics?
Honestly, not a ton. I'm with the events team over in the ISFL and do draft graphics for them. I might drop a few things here and there, but I don't plan to earn a ton of money. At least at this point. If I get hooked, this could change.

7. What do you think you can bring to the locker-room/team?
Cute dog pictures, witty banter, and (hopefully) a good hockey player.

One of my clients had moved into a new office, so I was onsite reviewing their security camera set up. I had to spend almost a full minute going back through my google timeline to find out, so I hope you appreciate the effort I put in.

Yes, I've been in the ISFL for about a year now and GM a team there. I've also been in PBE for about 6 months.

For the minors a close-knit locker room is the absolutely most important thing. If you have good players they will be called up sooner causing the team to need a rebuild.

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10)
6-7? depends on the LR activity itself.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)
I don't follow hockey closely so I just want to be the best agitator/goon type possible. One of the toughest guys in the league but also still useful to the team.

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal)
I honestly don't care how long I stay down either way.

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics?
no.

I think I'll be a medium - high earner that will bring solid discord activity. A friendly face in the locker room.

I've been in the SHL for about 3 years now. That's the only major sim league I've been in, but I've also been in a GM league for about 7 years.

2. What is more important to you, winning championships or building a close-knit locker room?
It's the generic cliche answer but championships come from tight groups.

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10)
I'll update almost every week and be fairly active in the locker room.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)
Ryan Getzlaf. Physical, big bodied centerman. Good offensively, on the dot, and won't hurt you defensively.

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal)
Ideally three, potentially four.

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics?
I have no experience or talent when it comes to graphics. I typically dislike writing media but every once in a while I'll get a good idea and churn something out in my downtime at work. Money is not an issue however.

7. What do you think you can bring to the locker-room/team?
Good guy, tries hard, loves the game.

I do some gaming but find that I don't have as much time for it as I used to. Mainly play OSRS and a few xbox games with my friends (NHL, Rocket League, Warzone, Battlefield). I like movies and TV like any other guy. I love sports in general but my favorites are hockey and rugby, the latter of which I play.

I'm willing to go to pretty much any junior team. I would prefer to play at C but I will earn the spot if I have to.

I am a GM in the PBE. I am in the ISFL. I have been in sim leagues for about 6 or so months. 

2. What is more important to you, winning championships or building a close-knit locker room?

I do not see why a team can't have both?

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10)

Im planning to be pretty damn active. I may miss a TPE task from time to time, but I want to stay in the top 10 for my class in TPE. So probably a 9. I am always in discord so probably a 9 there too.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)

Enforcer defensemen who spends too many minutes in the penalty box. 

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal)

I don't care. Whatever is best for my team.

I usally write media when I need money. I am not a graphics guy.

I am in 2 other sim leagues and I understand how they work well. I know how to manage a sim league team and I like to think I am a decent LR presence.

I'm in the ISFL S26 class and S22 in PBE.  I'm pretty active in both and plan on being just as active here.  I'm also a mod in an unrelated, somewhat more casual sim.

2. What is more important to you, winning championships or building a close-knit locker room?
Close-knit locker room by far.  If you're not having a good time with your teammates on a daily basis, you'll be miserable long term.

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10)
I plan on being as close to a 10 as possible.  Max earning is my goal.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)
I want to make a Connor McDavid-type player.  Heavy on assists and being a main component of our offense.

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal)
I'd leave that up to my SHL team.  Obviously I'd prefer to get called up as soon as possible, but I'm pretty easy going when it comes to decisions like that.  Whatever gives us the best chance to win works for me.

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics?
I write a ton of media for ISFL and PBE and I plan on doing the same here.  My graphics are less than great.

An easy-going, active user who wants to help build a cohesive locker room.  I also plan on max earning so you'll also be getting a high TPE player.

Think I was talking in a couple LR's, honestly it was a bad day and I just prefer to forget.

I've had 3 players in the SHL over the years, I have spent multiple years cumulatively on them. I was on the VHL for a very short time and then in the S1x days I was briefly on a baseball sim league, that folded after one year, who's name I don't even remember

2. What is more important to you, winning championships or building a close-knit locker room?
Both are very important, and it is my belief that one leads into the other, you can't really have a championship caliber team without a close-knit LR. Ultimately I really do want to win a 4-Star cup, something I've never done with my 3 previous players, but I don't see that happening without a great group of people pushing each other to be the best they can be.

3. How active would you be in terms of activity in updating or locker room? (1-10)
Updating- 10/10 I've done all PTs, ACs, and Weekly trainings since coming back and am also fairly active in media to keep my bank balance up. LR wise maybe a 5/10- I enter discord a couple of times a day and if there's conversation I'll join, but if not I probably won't wait around, so it's entirely dependent on what else is going on.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)
I'm building an offensively defenseman who can still play defense pretty well, but is a bit behind physically.

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal)
Ideally as little time as possible. I know it's mostly out of my hands, and I wouldn't want to gimp an SHL team just to accommodate me, so I'm planning on 4 seasons (my juny season and 3 post-SHL draft seasons) unless drafted to a rebuilding SHL team.

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics?
Absolutely 0 on graphics. Not my forte. I'm fairly active on media though, I've done 3 articles in the month since recreating and have always posted there with some regularity.

7. What do you think you can bring to the locker-room/team?
I'm easy to get along with, I'm a good LR presence who knows the reason we're all here is to have fun! Team wise I have built a HOF player before, I know it's different sim engines and everything, but even still I think that doing so in the past and knowing the activity needed is a big plus for me. Similarly I spent many seasons as a co-GM in Edmonton, so I'm familiar with things from that side too.

Mostly gaming. I enjoy RPGs, and have been playing a lot of JRPGs lately.

I was at work on break. I don't plan on getting it on release or even shortly thereafter (I have a huge backlog) but still, I know tons of people are looking forward to it.

I am too new to properly answer this question but I would probably do the average - I would mainly go off advice given at the time.

I love doing graphics - I get to learn Photoshop and produce content so you can expect a lot of graphics from me.

Positive attitude and leadership. I run a madden league so I know how to joke around but take control of the situation when needed.

4. What sort of player are you aiming to build? (NHL comparable)  Most players I would probably be more interested in eating, but if I had to build one I would probably use the bones of several different planetary beasts to create a super player.

5. How long do you want to stay in the SMJHL before going up to the SHL? (2-4 seasons is normal) I hope not to molt before I move up, but sometimes I cannot control that.

Not really, no. I haven't been in any sim league before.

As much as championships and awards are a big aspect, being close with buddies in the locker room is a bigger and more important aspect of it all to me.

Up and down winger (Kucherov or Pavelski), maybe two way forward?

Doesn't matter to me too much, however I'm in no rush of leaving the SMJHL and don't mind spending extended time (3-4 seasons).

6. How much of a focus do you have on doing media and/or graphics?

Not a great focus at all. Can definitely see myself doing media though, just not graphics.

7. What do you think you can bring to the locker-room/team?

I'm determined in teamplay and honestly see it as something important and essential in a locker room. It's something I can see myself bringing to the LR, whether through motivation or performance.

Love playing both sports and video games. Sports include soccer and badminton. For video games, Dead by Daylight, Rainbow Six, and FHM6 are go to games. I love to play guitar, and a have a Siberian husky who's name is Cupid who I love to play with!
