Hey! I'm Tig, the GM of the Seattle Argonauts of the SHL alongside my co-GM @grok. We're coming off our very first season in the league, one full of ups and downs and lots of firsts, but most of all a bright future. A huge part of building an expansion franchise from the ground up is bringing in quality young players through the draft that will build their way into being some of our franchise's first superstars. There's going to be a ton of opportunity in Seattle, whether that be on the roster for your player or to help define a strong, tightly-knit locker room culture for years to come. Joining Seattle and building a franchise together will be a unique experience and we're excited to get to know this season's rookie class better as we approach the draft. Your responses to the following questions are very much appreciated and help us a lot in my preparation for the draft, so thank you for taking the time to fill it out. It gets a lot of the more boring formalities out of the way so when we follow up with you it's more of a conversation than an interview!

5. Outside of the SHL, what do you do for fun? Do car events, play video games, and sleep!!
6. What's something you're looking for in a locker room? Activeness
7. What's something you bring to the table that would help an expansion team build for the future? A long career with a winning and experienced mindset on how to get things done.

- I do, and im very active. Whenever I am on the desktop its running and i also have it on phone. Always available

- Without a doubt its a 5

3. Do you prefer writing media or creating graphics, if either? Alternately, do you have a site job/would you want to take one on?
- Out of those I like writing media the most to fund my training and get more involved. Im also interested as CoGM

4. Is there anything coming up in your life that may affect your activity?
- Nope, not at least in 5 years or so

5. Outside of the SHL, what do you do for fun?
- Play with my dog, run with her, try out different recipes in cooking or just hit the gym

6. What's something you're looking for in a locker room?
- Good guys and good buzz, first of all I appreciate people who are goofy but mature

7. What's something you bring to the table that would help an expansion team build for the future?

- Legit max earner who knows his stuff and can handle rookies and their guidance that come after me to the team

Writing. Maybe, depends on the job!

Nope!

Spend time with my kids, video games. Nothing too crazy!

6. What's something you're looking for in a locker room?

Activity, a welcoming place.

7. What's something you bring to the table that would help an expansion team build for the future?

Solid knowledge of sim leagues. Been doing them a long time. Although not on FHM so maybe that point is moot. I like to think I'm a good guy, who is a solid teammate.
