========== INDEX UPDATE - APR 8, 2021 ==========

added footer to site with link to forum and link to add bug reports
modified player rating table style
added new los angeles logo
added new barracudas logo
added caching to live stream embedded video to help resolve potential issues (will come into effect when we have our quota)
fixed link for iihf live stream to point to the stream that is being used for iihf
changed fonts in certain places to make numbers appear on the same baseline
changed order of teams on the teams page to alphabetical instead of rendering them based on when their id
