To quickly summarize Gonzo Gobbledygook's skating ability in one very short description, it’s that it’s extremely fine-tuned. The first tape most folks come across featuring him is of him as a 15-year-old, playing against other players that are mostly older than him. Even two years removed from the draft, you could tell he is a catalyst every time he steps on the ice. Very shifty and deceptive, his skating technique has so much grace and finesse to it. Gonzo has an explosive first step that lets him go from 0-60 very quickly and a very powerful stride. He also has very strong balance on his skates, making him difficult to knock off of the puck, and his edges are as good as anybody’s in the draft. You combine all of these skating feats together, and he’s a very slippery player to deal with.

Without a doubt, Uhtred's greatest strength is his shot. That left handed snipe can put the fear in any goalie. One time someone tried to track it with a radar gun, and the end results was the radar gun went up in flames! Literally, smoking. That's not easy to do. But he can hit top shelf while moving, and with his elusive speed and agility he's tough for a defender to pin down and prevent from scoring. (77 words)

Stan Din'desque has been a force everywhere he's played so far. Whether it be King's Canyon, World's Edge, or Olympus, he's a very solid, well rounded player. I prefer weapons like the Spitfire, the R-301 (who doesn't) and the Triple Take (best sniper in the game)..... Wait a minute, this is about the SMJHL isn't it? Ok so yeah, I'm a good well rounded player still, gonna work on being an offensive threat all the time, and will be just as effective passing as i am shooting, as well as finding the open lanes. But also, please play Apex with me...

Standing at a towering 6’6 and over 240 pounds, many a time has Eric Tokke been asked if he plays basketball. While his height certainly helped tower over other children, his physicality led to a lot of fouling out of games. Basketball just wasn’t physical enough for him. This is where the hard hits and physicality of hockey have helped Eric find a place to release all of that anger from his childhood. Despite starting to skate much later than some other hockey players, he is Deceptively quick for his size, has solid stick handling for a player of his age, and shows all the grittiness to check and chase along the boards, really willing to “put in the dirty work” for his teammates.

What surprises people about Uhtred is not only his strength, but also how fast he is for his size. He can beat his opponents down the ice and has the ability to clear the area of anyone who happens to remain, giving him space to set up for shots. These abilities are what led him to become such a gifted goal scorer. He's also not afraid to drop back to defend or drop the mitts and stick up for his teammates. He is the better Uhtred.

Max Carrigan may be one of the most well rounded defencemen possible going into this draft. On the offensive side of the ice, every stat other than screening (cause like in what world) is centered around 10. In the defensive zone, almost everything (aside from faceoffs, because really?) is centered around 11. This gives Max the ability to pick a stat and work on it specifically in the upcoming seasons without having to worry about just general strengths. He also makes a mean spaghetti Bolognese.

Greyson Cooper is the definition of an offensive winger, he has a laser beam of a shot. He is able to get in the perfect position to create an offensive opportunity whether that’s scoring or setting up his teammate with his accurate passing. Not only is he able to put the puck in the back of the net, he is extremely fast & able to reach his maximum speed at a very quick rate.

High Haschdis biggest strength is definitely his shooting, especially combined with his ability to get open. He already showed this in the junior leagues in Germany and continued to do so with the Maine Timber and Finland in the WJC as well. It's very hard to defend him and he will definitely have a huge impact in the SMJHL and SHL in the coming years. (66 words)

If you were to do a scouting report on Daniel Merica Jr, the thing that would jump off the page is his scoring ability, his combination of shooting range, accuracy and ability to get open. Merica Jr has an unconscious knack to be in the right place at the right time. (51 words).

Bjorn Bjorn's strength has to be playing physical hockey and an enforcer. While he does not have the best stick skills or skating ability, Bjorn sure knows how to hit people, bait penalties, and get in some fights! Not only can Bjorn play physical defense, he is also prone to the occasional opportunistic goal. (55 words)

You know what my dad James always said? If you want a dAngler get J.J. James Jamerson Angler. Back in his hometown in Germany he was one of the best danglers out there. He isn't really at his own goal to help but you give him that puck he will do magic with it.

Philip Demitra is a young, Czech right-handed defenseman who hopes to one day match up to great European two-way defenseman such as Alex Edler. His fathers, brothers, sisters, cousins, roommate is a relative of the late great Pavol Demitra, who as a Canucks fan was Philip's inspiration to play hockey.

Philip hopes to be able to net some occasional goals from the blueline this season, while a focus on passing will hopefully ensure he helps his team net goals.

On the defensive end, he hopes to compete in all aspects. While not the largest at 5"11 -195 lbs, he hopes to keep training his physical strength and balance throughout the season, as well as other areas of defense such as stickchecking and positioning.

Igor Isyanov is one of the best prospects in this draft for a multitude of reasons. For starters, his blazing speed can easily get by defenders, and help stop breakaways. Further more, Isyanov is a pin point passer, and almost every pass is guaranteed to be tape to tape. Finally, Isyanov can shoot it as well as anyone, and can net even the trickiest of shots. These qualities should make him a standout pick on draft night.

When it comes to Nikolai Ayerzov, he is certainly a very well rounded player. He may not only make pinpoint shots in clutch situations but manage to assist Defenders in key situations. With that, Ayerzov is a great guy in the locker room, as he brings a new and positive attitude to the locker room. He will certainly be a great piece to any team that picks him up come sunday!
