First, I want to thank SHL HO for giving me the opportunity to helm the ship over in Montreal after dankoa left. I know we can do great things in the league and I'm happy I can keep us going forward.

As you may know, we still have an opening in Montreal for a Co-GM, and I'd like to put out the call for applications from the peanut gallery

Please send me a prepared application about why you think you would be the best fit for the Montreal Co-GM position to work alongside me and the rest of the war room. Kindly consider some of the following questions:

1. What do you feel you can bring to the Montreal Patriotes organization?

2. How would you go about acquiring your player onto the team if awarded the position?

3. What would be your short term (1-4 seasons) goal for the team?

4. How about 5+ seasons out, how would you envision the team then?

5. What part(s) of the organization can you bring help and/or experience to? Scouting? FHM Tactics? Locker Room focus? Other?

6. What questions would you have for me as the new GM in Montreal?
