Hello my friends,

It came to the attention of SHL Head Office that Atlanta traded their S65 2nd round selection twice, once to Edmonton on December 9th and once to Toronto on December 30th. This was caught and corrected shortly after the second trade was approved, however, per the SHL Rulebook, Section I, Subsection B, Article 2:

Code:
If a team trades a pick they do not possess at the time of the trade, they will lose their closest, highest owned 3rd round pick.

In addition, this infraction was caught after it was approved by Patty. Per the SHL Rulebook, Section III, Article 1.f.i

Code:
Any Head Office member who approves a trade that is found to be illegal will be fined $2,000,000, and will receive a write up.

Therefore, the punishments are as follows:

- The Atlanta Inferno forfeit their next, team-owned 3rd round selection, which will be an S64 3rd. Tagging @hotdog and @goldenglutes for visibility.

- @Patty will be deducted $2,000,000 from his S62 pay for missing the double traded pick and approving this trade for public posting, as well as receiving his first write up.
