Hello SHL!

As you all know, with @nour stepping down we have been interviewing for a new Commissioner. First off, I just want to thank Nour for everything he did for the SHL during his time in Head Office. He handled the job as well as any other Commissioner did and really brought a level of leadership and stability that you want from a Commissioner. We're thankful that he will be lending his knowledge and experience with us Owners and any Head Office member who may want to reach out.

Now, onto the news of the day. In picking the new Commissioner of the SHL, it was one of the toughest decisions we've had to make. The margin between the final group was razor thin, but the final choice really impressed us with their ideas and solutions for the league. The successful candidate showed us that they knew the pulse of the league and what the key issues were, along with some ideas for solutions as well as new ideas that they would bring to the table. We're very excited to see some of them come to fruition and we're hoping they can continue the strong leadership and stability that past Commissioners have brought to the job.
