Hello SHL,

I was going to write up an article for when I stepped down from GMing the Platoon but in all honesty, the words weren't coming to me outside of the few below, so I figured I'd just do one of these instead.

It's been an amazing 5-6 years in West Kendall/Baltimore. Seriously I'll remember these times and people for the rest of my life. Over the years I've won 3 cups, a few presidents trophies, many littletons, but most importantly, and this will sound cheesy, I've made a lot of very very close friends along the way. From the group we had in the dominant 40s to the team we've rebuilt to be today, I wouldn't pick a different group of guys and gals to be around every day if I had the chance to do it over. Everyone made this experience what it was and I owe everything we've ever achieved to the members of the platoon, present and past. Thank you all <3

Go ahead and ask me anything, I'm a pretty open book. whether it be about my time as GM, or what's coming, nothing is off the table.

Are you hoping to return to the Platoon with Dubois?

Any preferred J destinations for this player?

Comparison between NL and HAM - after your experience in GFG, are they the same, or is there a difference?

Who did you recommend as your successor in BAP?

How did it feel to GM when you were not at/near the top in your draft class(es) for TPE?

With all the talk of sim testing, tactics, meta, etc., it got me thinking: what SHOULD be the determining factor of what makes a team elite? Should it purely be TPE? Should it be a mix of TPE and strategy/coaching? Or something else?
