Combining some of the best flavors of Regina, the sandwich combines seasoned elk meat, native Saskatoon berry jam, on a spudnut (potoato donut) bun. It's the wildest freaking thing I've thought up in some time, but all of it is 100% Regina, Saskatchewan.
