OK so I decided to see which players rose the most spots from their draft position and also who fell the farthest from where they were drafted. This was based simply on the players rank in their current TPE numbers. And there were some pretty big swings in the analysis, one player rising 40 spots and another falling 56 spots. So lets take a look and see what we have.

Risers:
1. Otter Van Bismark was drafted at number 61 overall by the Carolina Kraken. Based on his tpe rank he should have been drafted at number 21 so he rose 40 spots from where he was drafted. A straight steal for the Kraken.
2. Adam Prpich was drafted at the 32nd overall pick by the Carolina Kraken again, Based on his tpe he should have been taken 2nd overall, a jump of 30 spots. Carolina killing it with the draft steals.
3. Dusty Rhodes was drafted 44th overall by the Armada. He rose 28 spots to the number 16 spot based on his tpe. A nice late round pickup for the boats.
4. August Von Hecht was taken 37th overall by the Armada. Based on his tpe he should have been 12th. Anchorage right there with the Kraken in steals.
5. Rod Cocker was taken 39th by Regina and based on tpe he should have gone at number 14 for a gain of 25 spots.
6. Nevek Cove was taken 28th by Quebec. Cove moves up 19 spots and should have gone 9th overall.
7. Bruno Tooyo was taken 30th by the Armada and rose 19 spots to number 11. That's the 3rd spot in the top 7 risers for Ancorage, a good draft haul indeed.
8. Bohdan Jarovsky was taken 21st by Detroit and he rises 18 spots to the 3rd overall pick. Great value for Detroit here.
9. Paul Peterson was taken 25th by Nevada and he jumps 15 spots up to the 10th overall position.
10. Antonio Flusso was taken 15th by the Whalers and based on his tpe count he should have been the 1st overall selection in the last draft.

Fallers:
1. D Jobin was taken 1st overall by the Armada and based on his current tpe count he fell 56 spots to number 57 in the draft. So 3 steals and possibly a swing and a miss for the Armada.
2. Jon Bell  was taken 17th by Kelowna. He fall 49 spots to the number 66 ranking. Ouchies.
3. Eliz Troia  was taken 29th by the Whalers, He falls 42 slots to number 71 on our list.
4. Neal Newland was taken 18th by the Grizzlies. He falls 41 slots down to number 59.
5. Tim Coke was selected 31st by Kelowna. He falls 41 slots to number 72. Thats a couple of big misses for the Knights in the top 5 fallers.
6. Tam Kove was taken 12th overall by Quebec. He falls 37 slots to number 49. Tough drop for that high a pick.
7. Max Hoshi was taken 38th overall by Colorado. He slides down 35 spots to number 73.
8. Pope Coswi Jr was taken 26th by New Foundland. He falls 34 slots to number 60 overall/
9. Theodor Larson was taken 2nd overall by Yukon. He takes a huge drop 30 slots down to number 32. It appears teams really missed at the top of this draft.
10. Johaan Norgaard was taken 34th overall by Regina and falls 29 slots down to number 63.

So there you have the top 10 risers and fallers from the S66 SMJHL draft based on current tpe counts. Just an interesting look to see who had a good draft and maybe what teams kind of whiffed on some guys. Thanks for reading.
