Heath Nicol - RD

Nicol is known as a great athlete and this shows in his skating and physicality. He's a very tough player for attacking players to get by thanks to this combination, and as his defensive positioning improves, he has the potential to turn into an elite shutdown defenseman. On the offensive side he has improved his passing, which has allowed him to create more chances for his teammates.

Well Ragnars main strength is to beat anyone in open combat on a field of their choosing in an axe fight. Otherwise when he’s playing hockey hes pretty well rounded. The best way to play, in his opinion is a jack of all trades master of none situation. That may change in the future but for now, thats it.

John Brown, the Right Defense player, is known for his defensive strengths of excelling across the board defensively. He is built to block shots, to make hits, to check players, to do whatever is necessary to defend the net for his team. He is a team focused player intending on doing whatever is necessary to help the team.

The main strength that scouts have noted about Edvin Kalberg would be his towering height and tremendous weight. He is a frightening 6'7" and 243 lbs. Outside of the measurables, the Norwegian has also become known for his ability to read the opposition and his decision making to counter them. His puckhandling has also been noted as 'having potential'.

Sebastien Regazzoni's main strength is his size-speed combo. The Swiss centerman is 6'3", and normally players of that height lack strong skating. Regazzoni's fluid style and innate edgework leads to his skating being by far his best attribute, and allows him to easily blow past opposing defenders. His speed is something rarely seen in a larger player.

Hai Nam Hoang is an offensive dynamo, an incredible hockey mind with the ability to read almost any play, acting on it with his improving shot, and using his ability to get open with his amazing speed and agility to create a play for his teammates. He's a dynamo in the making.

Filip Lund is a very big and physical guy. He is the man you want when you are down a man. Lund defensive read is excellent, he make almost no mistake in the D zone, and he his a guy that love to battle and hit in a battle for the puck on the side of the ramp. His accelaration his more than decent fir his stature, and this help him catch winger that try to pass him.

Not often do players come along who are known for their speed and strength combined with size at this point in their lives. Usually these kids are still growing and you have to judge them based on where you think they may end up.
Nathaniel Barca combines an elite first pass to clear the zone with the spatial awareness to be in the right spot, and the grit and tenacity to win those corner battles. He's not known for a booming slap shot, but he will thread the needle with a pass anywhere on ice, and he's the last person you want to go against in a corner battle.

Cale Salad is an all around balanced player but has more of an offensive touch. He finds ways to get the puck to the net whether it be through a shot or pass. He may lack some defensive skill but makes up for it with his size and strength. With a little more work at training camp he will be ready to help any offense.

Barefoot Sugars is a hard hitting aggressive forechecker who takes no shit from anyone. He will be in your face the entire game and piss you off, and he's a big boy so you won't be able to take advantage of him. On the offensive side, it's shoot only. Don't expect any passes from Barefoot. His team can love and hate him at the same time with this style of play.

Davos Otasrob is a physically dominant crease clearing defenseman. While most people would just and say his biggest asset is his size and physicality, but Davos believes his intelligence with and without the puck is what sets him aside from the rest of the draft class. He is able to comprehend what is happening on the ice and react accordingly and is rarely caught flat footed. Watch for Davos to land a coaching gig at the end of his career with how well he sees the game.

Andrei Nikitin is a big force from Kazan in central Russia. He loves to play the defensive game, and is well known on the junior circuit for his defending ability and physical prowess. While Andrei still has some ways to go offensively, the young forward already is a big man in the locker room who is beloved for his ability to save the offensive forwards from their mistakes on the ice.

LW - James Lutz

My main strengths revolve around the physical, two-way nature of my game.  While I can score goals and dish assists, I thrive by clearing space in front of the net and screening goaltenders.  I also win puck battles along the boards and find holes in the offensive zone to generate scoring chances.  However, I also contribute in the defensive zone, working to backcheck hard and eliminate scoring changes.

Deemed Inappropriate strengths include his incredible size at six foot six inches and two hundred and thirty pounds. Then after that he's pretty balanced all around although a little stronger defensively then offensively at the moment and he also takes his strength and balance training very serious hoping to become someone who is hard to knock off his skates and will skate right through you when he needs to.
