Kezia would show up on American Idol specifically to scare the judges with a blood curdling performance of "What a horrible night to have a curse" by The Black Dahlia Murder. Their death metal shrieks would certainly find them eliminated immediately, but Kezia's job would be done.

Adam would go on the show 'Alone'. He thinks he's a tough, outdoorsy type. However, he would go on the show, and the first sign of any danger, he'd call for help. He probably wouldn't even last through the first night. The sound of any potentially dangerous wild animal would spook him too much.

Cup Noodle would obviously be on one of those cooking shows like Iron Chef or something.  I'd consider it a major makeover/glowup to take my precious noodles and turn them into some crazy fusion dish hand crafted by the finest chefs around.
