Seeing how the catch-up TPE gives 3 TPEs a week, that means they receive 100k worth of training for free per week they wait. I'm poor and I don't want my bank to be punished for creating early. 100k discount on training for prospects entering the SMJHL or let me get refunded at the draft for however many weeks I've trained!

I also think catch-up TPE for active people re-creating is pretty dumb but it is what it is

I was under the impression the catch-up TPE didn't provide the full amount of TPE available, so people who create early (and spend a little more) do end up with more TPE. Is that not the case?

It is, They still get 100k a week for free for no werk

So ... you're arguing against freeloaders or something? If you want more TPE create early, if you want more money create later. Seems like everyone can have it their way. Unless you want more TPE and more money, which isn't an option apparently.

I've been kinda takin the piss in here cause I wasn't sure you were dead serious, but I dunno now. You had training TPE (3 per week) and ACs (2 per week) for a total of 5 TPE per week. By comparison, late creates only get 3 TPE per week, not 5. So you have more TPE than those people. You can't have it both ways though. The system is designed to be a compromise because inevitably people create at different times. From my understanding you're wanting to keep that 5 TPE per week, but have some money refunded because people who get 3 TPE per week, later, don't pay quite as much?
