It's the big night of the season everybody in Atlanta expected when they faced their long time rivals, the Baltimore platoon. We bapped them, 4 times. @blakec1414 themzia as we call scored a hat trick and got to celebrate with all the big names in Atlanta and the fans. @hotdoge the eel was very happy. @goldenglutes was also very happy because he also is the asistant gm. Written Task: It's the night of a huge win over your arch-rivals. Your fans are going nuts, and you know there's gonna be an absolute rager going down at the local club your team's owner also owns. What does your player do? Do you show up at the party and bask in the adulation? What else goes down? If not, do you play the disciplined professional and be in bed by 9:30? If so, why? What goes through your head knowing at least some of your teammates are not doing the same? (150+ words)

PaUL is just really not much of a party person. He kinda used to be when he was younger, but that was kind of cut short after he had to live in anchorage because he had just gotten drafted by the anchorage armada. There was no real clubs in anchorage, and at the same time paul started to be more professional and follow a rhythm of life that would be optimal for his career, without cutting too much fun of curse, but not abusing at all. So after a big win after rivals, he would probably not be at the club, it is not really for him, he could be though at the local bar, have maybe one or two beers if he really needs them and then get to bed to look forward to the next game. Paul does not really care what his teammates think of this routine, because they know he is doing it to get best performance on the ice.

Player Prompt:

I will be honest with you, I am a big fan of sleep and I do not really enjoy going out late. Ya ya I know, call me the old or boring person but I am fine with. I know some people experience major fomo if they do not show up to events. But I am the complete opposite. With this in mind, I will show up to make my appearance, maybe have a drink or two so that I can please the crowds then slowly slip out the back door. Heading home, and getting a good night sleep is huge for me. If I stay out and party it up, it just limits my sleep hours as I always get up at the same time no matter what time I go to bed. Some other players on the team are able to sleep in and good for them cause they need it. But for me, I am not that way and need to get my sleep earlier in the night.

Player Prompt

If we get a big win over our rivals, the first thing I’m going to do is think about the situation. Depending on the situation, though, I may need to temper my expectations. If it’s in the playoffs, I will of course go wild since not only have we advanced but now we have yearly bragging rights until the next time we meet in the playoffs. However, if it’s a regular season game, I’m going to know we still have more work to do but I’ll celebrate since it’s obviously a big win. I’ll probably have a toast with my teammates and then get back to work, going to bed at a reasonable time. If some of my teammates are not doing the same, I wouldn’t be bothered by that fact considering that people will want to do whatever they want (as long as they have some sort of celebration of the moment.)

for the first prompt, John Brown would find themselves rather annoyed at having to play in a local college arena as a professional hockey player. It would feel rather demeaning to have to go through all that work just to have a single individual hold everything up because of untrustworthy and untrue events dictated through false pretenses. This obviously bothers John Brown to the point where he ignores all the lacking amenities, such as the lack of showers or massage rooms. Instead John Brown heads to city hall and demands to speak at the next planning and zoning commission. John Brown intends to lay out why all of the obstructions are being placed upon false and unfair justifications. While his intentions may be noble, most of John Brown's regional knowledge is out of date given his historical figure level of notoriety, which makes it difficult for him to get a word in edgewise. Thus, this leads to John Brown having to go back empty handed to the lacking amenities of the local college arena

Player Prompt

A hard fought win over rival teams always go down easy, especially with how much attention gets put into the games the week or so leading into them, as well as the focus internally on making sure the games turn out for the best. Unfortunately for my more exciting teammates, Meta Knight, during the season at least, is a model professional and citizen. There is no reason ever, to break curfew during the season especially. Back into bed as soon as possible, especially as you get later in your career, is such a huge edge over everyone else. Your body is a machine, and not having enough rest undermines everything you are trying to do as an athlete to be honest. Not being ready to make the best use of every single day, in a very short and quick career, is just a waste of potential, and limits not only your professional goals from being achievable but also makes you earn less money impacting the future of your and your family's life.

Creative: I am a professional athlete of the highest caliber. I do not care that I have to play in a college stadium of only 5 thousand fans. If anything it makes the game feel more intimate like a small concert venue. Newfoundland is calm and respectable fan base anyway, they are extremely loyal and will come to the games wherever they are being played. I would never turn my back on these humble people. They do however deserve a modern stadium where they can watch their team play and be proud. So it is our way from my native land that we start fire bombing this crocked council member. The French have a proud history of defying the elite politicians. I will lead a revolution the likes of which Newfoundland has never seen. That council member will wish he never messed around with Antoine Beauregard and the Berzerkers nation. We will have a new stadium by next year, I guarantee it.

Kaapo Kampainen would not actually mind playing in a tiny stadium like the Coyotes dk. After all, he played in some pretty small arenas back when his played junior hockey in Finland and it did not bother him much. He got used to the crowd atmosphere in Winnipeg, which is always crazy, but it is not necessarily what drives him. About the amenities, Kaapo isn't a princess when it comes to those things so he would be fine without any of them to be honest. Of course, he would voice his displeasure that not every fan would be able to come to the game, the size of the arena would be about a quarter of what it used to be after all. He wouldn't go to the city council as Kaapo isn't one to cause trouble or be the center of attention, but he would voice his displeasure with the fans if they organise a protest and the players are able to go.

Rikaad Metzller comes back into the locker room after a big win. Usually the health nut, he lets go of his inhibitions tonight. He loves beating the whalers and once in the locker room, grabs a beer from his locker and shotguns it. The boys get hyped as he smashes it down. Everyone on the knights knows whats about to go down. The beer is flowing, the jams are pumping, and the locker room post game has now turned into the party pre game. After a few beers, most of the team heads to kelwonas hottest, and honestly only good bar in town, and the fans go crazy as they roll up. The knights know they will be drinking for free tonight. Metzller high fives anyone he cans as he enters the bar, accepts a drink from the bartender, mainly because he's not trying to get his drink spiked, and hits the dance floor for a night he will most likely forget.
