The roles and responsibilities of the WJC Commissioner include:
- Running the WJC tournament, including organizing the tournament schedule (alongside the simmer and WJC HO), announcing the tournament on the forum, managing award ballots at tournament end.
- Implementing ideas to promote the WJC to the forum at large.
- Hiring HO members to help with the operations of the tournament.
- Hiring WJC GMs to manage the teams in the tournament.
Your application should focus on the following:
Prior experience, in sim leagues or IRL, that could help you with this role.
What you hope to bring to the WJC.
Main issues facing the WJC and how you'd approach a resolution.
How you plan to address WJC exposure.
Anything else you'd like us to take into consideration.
