Playing a real hockey game outside is the dream of every kid! I've played a thousand time on a rink in Québec and yes it was not as big as playing in a baseball or football stadium, the feeling of it is just fantastic. Now having the opportunity to play in front of more 50 000 fans is something that I've dreamed about more than I can count. The big difference that it would be with our complet equipment, and not just with skates and gloves. Will surely be weird at the beginning, but hockey is hockey so need to focus on the little things at first to be sure I won't be doing mistakes and the more the game will go on, I will bring more offense to my game. We have some players on the team that played outside when they were young so we might have an advantage about that and will need to press them early on to secure the win. ![]() Registered Patron Saint of the SMJHL

Petr has never played outdoors. As a lab experiment (that being a human created solely for the purpose of playing hockey), he did not have a childhood and had only existed for a year or two prior to starting his career in North America, let alone having played for years and years prior. Due to this, he has almost only ever skated in professional-quality rinks, and affiliated practice facilities. As such, there are no nostalgic feelings to uncover for Petr. To him, these games may have an odd setting, but the fact of the matter is the game does not change. We are still playing hockey, which is Petr's only purpose. The bigger stage and publicity may be a thrill for such an event, and Petr has always performed the best on the world's biggest stages. With that in mind, his choice would be to face Japan outdoors to decide IIHF gold one last time. Did your player get to play ice hockey outdoors as they were growing up or are they from area where that isn’t possible? How do you think playing on stadium will be able to replicate those feelings? Is it just pointless gimmick to sell more and more expensive tickets or is it something special for players too, specially your player? And if you had an opportunity to pick who will be your opponent and where the game should be held what would be your picks? Would you want anything else from the event? This is going to be Kim Chaewon's first time playing a professional hockey game outside in a massive stadium in front of over 70K fans watching live. From the first time Chaewon laced up her skates when she was little, trying out for k-pop auditions and slowly getting fame and stardom, it is not surprising to see Kim Chaewon being on a grand stage and the Winter Classic will have the whole hockey world tuning to see this spectacle. Having a large amount of people watching you live can be intimidating but for Chaewon this will be easy since she's been a performer her whole life and is used to live crowds. Carolina's current rivals would have to be the Colorado Raptors as last season they took us out in the playoffs and this season we are looking like it could be part 2 of that matchup again. The game would take place in Carolina's Bank of America Stadium can hold up to 75K it looks like and that would be a ruckus atmosphere to be part of. The merch for the Winter Classic Kraken and Raptors would be sweet to own too and would sell out Le Sserafim tickets. (200 words) ![]() IIHF Head Office Fantasy Flame Out

Langston was not able to play outdoor hockey a lot growing up as he is from Florida, but those few times he was able to, he very much enjoyed. Really it only happened when he had a hockey tournament somewhere up north and he convinced the coaches to let him and the rest of the team go onto the ice. Now, getting the opportunity to do it in Chicago at Wrigley Field against the Syndicate, Langston is going to soak it all in. While some may say this is just another game or it is not worth anymore in the standings, Langston knows how much this means to fans and to the team. He also knows that while it is gimmicky, these fun games are great for a young team, which Winnipeg is, and can be a perfect spring board, especially near the halfway mark of the season. He hopes to give the viewers a show since this is one of the best new things that the league does. ![]() Shoutout TheOPSquid for the Sig

being german, dieter frühstück was spoiled for choice of winter sports as a child. he did almost every one before ultimately settling on ice hockey as his sport of preference. germans love luge and skeleton, and dieter tried them. he even figure skated, and was shockingly good for his age before his growth spurt. he also loved skiing and speed skating. but it was going to be between 3 sports: ice hockey, ski jumping, and bobsled. dieter was the best bobsledder in rostock and almost joined the german youth team before his growth spurt. once he grew, he could barely get into the sled, which ruined his career. ski jumping was left as his other option, and dieter was really good at this too, splitting time between jumping for the german youth team and playing for the berlin polar bears youth ice hockey team. however, the growth spurt kicked in at the wrong time for ski jumping, as it was hard for dieter to land jumps with his big frame. ultimately, this left hockey as the only sport he could really play, but given his past aptitude at ski jumping, there's another universe where he's a gold medalist in that sport. 205 words ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SHL GM Professor of Baldeconomics

Deth Klaw loves the winter time. Although technically he is a mutated reptilian creature, part of his mutation is that he is not cold-blooded and therefore can enjoy the outdoors in the cold without any more special gear than a normal human. Klaw is an avid snowboarder when he has the chance to hit the slopes. He did have to have a specially made board to fit his giant claw feet, but it was totally worth the extra expense to be able to snowboard to his hearts content. He may get a few funny looks, as most people aren't used to a giant mutant coming down a snowy hill, but he got used to those when he started playing hockey. So far, Klaw has been able to go to quite a few places, including Norway and Finland, to scratch his snowboarding itch. One downside is there aren't a lot of mutant snowbunnies around so his romantic chances are very low when he is out and about.
