Hello everybody, I (HFFO) in conjunction with Jess are putting together a media competition to try to help spread the wealth where it would be needed most. This media competition will be available to all users with under $30,000,000 in their bank account currently. The media competition will be eligible for any media in these three categories for people with under 40 million in the bank: in character media, pride media and expansion media. Each article written on one of these topics will receive a 2 million dollar bonus from the prize pool straight up, maximum of two articles. Following that, we will have a Eurovision style voting pool for all the articles leading up to the remaining two in the finals. Those two will be given a topic to write a media about by Jess and myself and will have a final round of voting for the grand prize. The total prize pool will begin at 150 million from our personal SHL banks with deductions for individual articles written and the minimum prize pool for the ranking contestants will be 50 million. Judges vote count will count for 30% of the total number of votes in each ranking, as well as participating members votes will count for 2 votes while outside votes will be worth one. You will not be able to vote in your own article ranking. First place will receive 40% of the remaining prize pool, 2nd will receive 20%, 3rd and 4th will receive 10% and 5th to 8th will receive 5%. Be sure to add in the title [J+H Media] in brackets so we know this article is eligible for the contest and is one of your submissions. Squid has increased the prize pool by another 75 million bringing it to 225 million!
Luke has added another 75m to the prize pool bringing it to 300 million (This will be the last increase of anybody unless an overwhelming amount of people write articles)!
