For the Falcons, and other teams, who have had no recent team awards, that's entirely the responsibility of General Managers.
Regarding the ASG, unfortunately there just isn't a point in doing it this late. I brought it up in Head Office long ago and by the time any suggestions came the SHL Draft was upon us. Voting for the ASG in juniors is pointless really because there are never enough actives to fill teams anyway, so they all make it anyway.
Let us have the asg......the all-star draft is the last time we'll be able to be the S10 juniors
