After much of a heated discussion of the appeals comittee, we had to go to a majority decision, because we were getting nowhere.

Therefore, we will be ending both Harrison's and Carlzner's suspensions effective immediately. But are left with a warning. If they do it again, the original ruling made by the commisioners (25 games, fine, etc.) will be made by them.

The majority felt that Harrison and Carlzner made a good appeal to us (about 4 of us didn't, not naming names) and they thought that the previous games that they sat out last season were enough.

This will hopefully be the last time anyone, period, will steal any TPE. I know for sure that I will see if we can impliment a better ruling for TPE stealing through the Commisioners.
