It has come to the attention of the discipline committee that neither Chris nor Charlie Serpe withdrew money through the bank as they should have last season. In the case of Charlie, he has enough money to cover the updates he made, but Chris does not.

Suspension: Chris Serpe will have any and all TPE removed that he added and did not do the proper withdrawal for it. He will also be suspended for 20 regular season games. Charlie Serpe's new player, Victor Ansev, will be suspended for 5 games and Serpe's bank account will have the $29 million he failed to withdraw taken away.
