Edmonton looked so good against the vancouver last night. A lot of players making it tough for Eakins to pick the best roster. Hunt played great, Nurse was amazing and looks like he could make the team in the near future. Pitlick looks like a solid 3rd-4th liner in a season or two. This team will shock a lot of people this year. Hall was a beast in the draws last night and against calgary. We have so many options it is crazy.

if I had to pick a team right now it would be:

Perron Hall Hemsky
Eberle Gagner Yakupov
Joensuu-Gordon-Jones
Smyth/Eager- Lander/Acrobello- Brown/Pitlick


J.Schultz Ference
Petry Smid
N.Schultz Nurse*/Belov/Grebeshkov/Larsen


* Nurse will probably get a cup of coffee (up to 9 games and then sent down) unless he keeps improving and playing at this high level.

Hemsky is one of the better PP guys in the league......

i still doubt that he's better than one of our best forwards

Yup, he is. Eberle has never been great on the Power-play.



Fuckin Gagner got hurt last night, Broken Jaw. Vancouver is a disgrace of a team, they didn't play hockey last night. They goon'd it up and tried to hurt our star players.
