You aren't eligible for the Hall of Fame voting until a year after you have retired Wink

Poor Cyan :(
You know what I meant.

My apologies, though.

Spangs is good at keeping deadlines.

An old man's dream ended. A young man's vision of the future opened wide. Young men have visions, old men have dreams. But the place for old men to dream is beside the fire.

Wait nevermind, no GM's got a vote this year. This means that Toast and Maxy are officially eliminated from contention for the HOF. Sorry guys.

Now onto more exciting things: the players!

This season, eight different players got at least a single vote:

Thomas Duddy
Julien Marshall
Teemu Nurmi
Cole Reinhart
Dave Smith
Lucas Smith
Jareth Sto Heilt
Jackson Turska

This has drastic ramifications for numerous players. Firstly, Kevin Lebacon failed to garner a single vote in his 7th year on the ballot, meaning he will be removed from future ballots. Sorry Bacon.

In addition, the following players in their fourth year on the ballot will also be removed, due to their failure to garner a vote over their first four ballots:

Braden Carlzner
Dean Clarke
Nike Kickz
Marshall MacPherson
James Reimer
Antero Salmelainen
Urijah Winnfield

Sorry guys!

Now, it is time for our first elimination. We will eliminate the bottom four vote-getters and leave just the top four. This means the following have been eliminated:

Julien Marshall - 9 votes
Jareth Sto Heilt - 6 votes
Cole Reinhart - 5 votes
Jackson Turska - 5 votes

In his seventh and final year on the ballot, Turska is now no longer able to be inducted. Sorry Banjo! For Marshall, Reinhart, and Sto Heilt, they still have time left, so I wish you guys the best of luck!

The elimination of those four leaves the following as our top four vote-getters:

Thomas Duddy
Teemu Nurmi
Dave Smith
Lucas Smith

Starting with the S23 ballot, the required number of votes for induction was 35. Previously, it had been 30. This year, that would have meant the induction of three players. The only player remaining not to garner at least 30 votes (the previous level of induction) was:

Teemu Nurmi - 13 votes

This leaves:

Thomas Duddy
Dave Smith
Lucas Smith

Who will make it in? How many will make it in? Will all three? Two? Will just one make it? Does anyone make it?
