Alright, in order to get this through the minds of the members who choose not to read things and jump to conclusions, I will put this in point form so you can easily read it and see what happened.

- First encounter, in the chatzy on Thursday night, most of us were in there, and as usual, I was bugging alex about stuff that i was joking about, such as restructuring my contract to make it shorter (in case i wanted to leave, which was a joke). Alex then threatened to fire me, as he jokingly did many times before, and I provoked him and said he had "no balls" so he did it. I thought it was a joke, but then it hit me that it wasn't a joke. I went back into chatzy and was like ok alex funny now delete it and give me my job back, and i got a nope. IN the emotion and at the time, I went into our TB and put myself on the block. The level of frustration I had with Alex right now was tremendous, and in the spurt of the moment it's what I did, and I regret it, but keep reading.

- Day two, Alex left for a trip and the Renegades and myself were left in this state of shock, as nobody knew whether or not the firing was real or not.

- Day three, Alex coming back tomorrow, still nothing on if I am fired or not.

- Day four, Alex comes back, I message him on Slack and have little to no conversation with him in public. We mainly avoid each other..

- Day five, I ask Alex for my job back, he says no and I demand out due to my emotions and the fact i wasn't given a reason why i was fired made me request a trade, Alex then said "you either retire or play here its your choice" I hired Deener and asked him to start shopping me around. Alex was not gonna accept any offers, but Deener tried to show him what people were offering me and hoped he would change his mind.

- Day six, I only got a few trade offers, but none alex really liked. We started talking a bit again in the public LR, and then it hit me, I was a fucking retard and never actually asked Alex why I got fired, i was just so frustrated I actually caused all this shit without one simple question, literally slammed my head into the table as I PM'd him on Slack. Alex replied to me with a few reasons, the first reason being the restructuing contract joking, and the retiring/recreate jokes I made with Byrdey. He didn't like the fact i was talking that way when I was chosen as a GM over guys like Deener, Boon, Kins, bbp, byrde etc. Second point was how I portray the teams image and try to do this good cop bad cop with the league, as I try to basically go against what Texas is doing, when I should be seeing eye to eye with Alex. Alex was just frustrated with me, and I was frustrated with him which led to a lack of communication which led to this GM saga. After talking to Alex about some of my experiences in the past few weeks, we compromised with each other and basically made up again, thus i was re-hired as Co-GM of the Renegades.

THIS was not meant as a troll, in fact, it shouldn't have even happened if I didn't provoke alex in the first place, or even talk about the shit I did. I took full responsibility for my actions, and I take full responsibility for any of the heat that comes against Texas through this saga. We never intended this to be a troll, and as you can see form above, this wasn't a troll. This was a legit situation, and as Mac or someone said in the past, the boy who cried wolf story applies to this for sure.

So, I am back as the Co-GM of Texas, and we are back in the swing of things. Later, Alex and I will open up a PC regarding any questions/concerns/rumours you guys have heard about the Renegades

and we hope to clear any of it up.

To the entire league, I am sincerely sorry for the shit we put you through, most importantly, to the Renes, I am really sorry about what I did and what the team had to face because of my actions. I am grateful alex has re-hired me as a GM, and I intend to continue from our strong work last season.

So basically the Renegades management is just as inept internally as they appear to be externally. How the fuck can it just never be brought up that shit was a joke and nothing was ever discussed? I'm just a bit dumbfounded at all this. You guys are making Texas look real good lol I know it's definitely a team I would not want to go to right now.
