<div align="center">After netting 12 goals in the Prospect Tournament and getting drafted in the #4th round by the Detroit Falcons, Alexander Ødegaard is ready to take any and all questions.

"I would like to come out and say I am honored to be drafted by the Detroit Falcons and I cannot wait until I am out there on the ice! I am available to any and all questions anyone may have for me!"</div>

Q/A

Interview What can fans of the Falcons expect from you? Both on the ice and off.

"What can I say, I am a pretty humble guy and I just simply look to putting myself out there to the community of Detroit. I look forward to being on the team and really showing off my skills, I know I will be giving it all out there on the ice for this team and I just really cannot wait until I can show the fans."

Interview What kind of teammate are you?

"I am the team mate you can go to with anything, I am completely trust worthy and my loyalty has no equal in this league. I will give my all for my team mates, and I sort of expect the same back. When we are out there on the ice, it's going to be fun. Something that has been lacking lately in this league."

Interview What skills do you need to work on?

"My defense for sure, after the Prospect Tournament it really showed that I need to develop more defensive skills for my team, as well as passing. For a prospect coming in, I feel like I did okay, but now that I have been drafted, I am going to work closely with the team to make sure I am training for what they need."

Interview How does it feel to be the first first-generation player drafted?

"Amazing. People can say what they want, that recreates are going to dominate, etc etc, but I am the first, first gen and I am coming into this league with something major to prove. If you were here last year, I would start preparing yourselves to face me, because I am coming in hot and I will strive to see Detroit win the cup."

Interview How are you enjoying your teammates in Detroit so far?

"Great! I have met a few guys that were prospects like me, which is great and then the current Detroit Falcon guys that are on the team have been very welcoming and I cannot wait until we are all on the ice together working. It's going to be a blast, and I know I will impress some of the older players out there!"

Interview Where do you hope to fit into the Falcon's lineup?

"I wish I could come in and say, Of course I am going to be on the first line, but I feel like I have a lot to work on after the prospect tournament and I know Detroit already has a pretty solid team. I will probably wind up on the 2nd or 3rd line, but do not count me on being there long, I plan on marching my way to the first line and frankly, I do not care who is in my way."

Interview What are your thoughts on the way the Falcons draft went?

"Pretty good, their draft play was spot on with pretty much how many predicted. They have drafted a solid prospect team and you better believe that every time we are on the ice we will be proving ourselves and looking to get onto that first line."

Interview Do you see yourself making an immediate impact this season?

"Absolutely, I am going to be training my butt off until the season hits, and from there I will only take off. I feel like I did alright in the prospect tournament and I have given myself a lot of clues on what I need to work on. With that knowledge and the backing of my team, I am going to make a huge impact this season."

Interview What are your season predictions for yourself?

"Hmm, predictions. I am very bad at these, but I can tell you what I want to accomplish this season. For sure, my main goal is working my way up to the first line. While I hold mad respect for the current first line Falcon players, they should also know that us prospects are burning for those top spots, and I know I am going to earn that first line.

I want to really get a high scoring season for my first season, as any goal scorer would want, but I feel like with the right focus and guidance I will be able to achieve that, especially with this team of guys."

Interview Do you have a message for the Falcons' fans?

"A message for the fans? Simply, I hope you, the fans, are ready for a high scoring franchise player. I am coming in to this league with something to really prove, and I am going to smash my way into the first line with so many goals, I literally cannot wait. My excitement is off the charts right now!!"

Interview Any thoughts on the players already on the Falcons' roster? Is there anyone in particular you would like to be on a line with?

"Everyone on the current Falcons' roster deserves it right now, and while I cannot wait to play with someone like Selena Bauer as my goal keeper, I really want to get on the ice with all of them. I feel a little bad for the current first line LW, because I am just coming in red hot looking to take his spot, but I also know I am coming into this league as a major rookie, and I am only going to get better as the weeks go on."

Interview What do you think Detroit saw in you to choose to pick you that highly?

"They saw some of my abilities during the prospect tournament for sure, but I hope that it was also my first opening press conference, I had hoped to show all of the current SMJHL teams my talent as well as my personality and I feel like I nailed it. I could have gone sooner, but honestly as the first, first generation prospect to go, I am proud and I know I will not let my GM down for picking me.

He will just have to deal with the headache when I come knocking on that first line's door for a spot."
