It's gotten to the point I feel this needs to be talked about. The league currently is at a crossroads and the direction it is headed is not only being discussed with a potential rescaling/redistribution, but also the debut of a new simmer, and now discussion on changing the sim engine.

While change is good, too much too fast can be very bad and not knowing what changes will be happening and how the masses can prepare makes it more unnerving.

I'd like to have some idea on the plan of who is to take over simming for Season 28 as we have yet to hear from Head Office anything about it and with the playoffs coming up, then the offseason, as well as file work it seems the makings of a shitshow.

Many in this league have not known any simmer besides Jack and don't know how good they have/had it. not to knock on previous simmers, whom I am grateful for, however the efficiency, adhereance to schedule as well as the reliability Jack provided will be exceptionally difficult to replicate and I worry how the league will react to a new simmer learning the ropes.

Is there anything you specifically are worried about or would like addressed? Say so here, hopefully HO will take notice and see what issues their memberbase have and work to improve on it.
