TASK ONE: Create a giveaway for a unique piece of playoff memorabilia. Can be written or graphic. If written, must be 150 words, if graphic, must include a picture of the item and the team logo.

While the Wolfpack postseason ended short this season, we have an extremely special piece of memorabilia that could be yours. As just about everyone knows, New England Wolfpack defender Jasper Clayton is a brony. Like, so much a brony that he usually takes warmups with a Rainbow Dash plush. It's kind of weird, but most of his teammates have gotten used to it by now. Well, after these playoffs, we've convinced him to part with four his Rainbow Dash plushes. These ponies were all used in the warmups before each of the Wolfpack wins against the Minnesota Wild. Each pony has been signed by Clayton and is inscribed with the date and score of the game. Own a piece of Wolfpack history today! Bidding runs through all of February, for details and more information on how to bid go to Wolfpack.shl.com. While you're there, check out some of the ticket deals we have for next season - season ticket and single-game ticket sales go live on February 1st as well!

TASK TWO: What has been the biggest game of the playoffs so far? Can be either SHL or SMHJL, 150 words.

One of the biggest games of the playoffs was game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals between the Manhattan Rage and the New England Wolfpack. So many were expecting this series to just be an absolute blowout for the defending champions, figuring the Wolfpack would just waltz their way to victory as they disposed of the Rage without any second thoughts. But instead it was the Rage, carried by goaltender Jason Aittokallio who would come out on top as they curb-stomped the defending cup champions by a score of 4-1. A pair of goals from Wollker meant that Reid's effort on the powerplay wouldn't be enough for the Wolfpack as the Rage basically set the tone on the road by taking game 1 by such a huge margin. This game set the tone for the rest of the series as Manhattan would continue their domination and finish off the New England Wolfpack in 4 games - a victory set up primarily by this strong start in Boston.

TASK THREE: Write a 150 word radio advert for the S32 Finals Matchup.

Ladies and gentelemen it's the moment you've all been waiting for. After defecting from the Dragons a few seasons back, something many dragons fans have still not been able to leave behind them, the prodigal son VLAD McZehrl returns for a rematch against his old teammates. Making easy work of the West Kendall Platoon and the back to back champion New England Wolfpack, McZehrl and the Manhattan Rage are heading into Calgary to try and finish off their surprising postseason run with a Challenge Cup victory. But if they want to bring home a cup it's certainly not going to be easy. Standing in their way will be the likes of Randy Randleman, Hunter Wong, and Bubba Nuck. This is a battle you're not going to want to miss, and tickets to game one can be yours starting at $149 each. Call today to reserve your seats for the opportunity to see the Calgary Dragons take on the Manhattan Rage in this and all other home games of these finals. Use the code "Radio10" for 10% off your ticket price at the box office, online, or by phone, that's R A D I O 10 for 10% off. Hope to see you in the Dragons' cave!

TASK FOUR: Who is your choice for MVP? Must be 150 words.

The MVP of these Challenge Cup playoffs has to be Hunter Wong. I don't see how you could possibly give it to anyone else. In 16 games in the postseason he was the leading goaltender in both save percentage and goals against average, which was a big part of why the Calgary Dragons were not only able to make the finals but win the Challenge Cup in a 5-game series against the Manhattan Rage. When you look at his stats throughout the playoffs, he was so far ahead of the rest that it's hard to compare him to the others - but that's not going to stop me from doing that right now. He had a .926 save percentage which was .005 ahead of McFadden in second, and a full .01 ahead of Aittokalio, his counterpart for the Rage who was a big part of the reason the Rage managed to dispose of the Platoon in round one and the Wolfpack in round two. Looking over at goals against average, Wong's domination is even more clear. Had a 2.02 GAA, which isn't even close to the others. In second was McFadden again, who's GAA lagged well behind at 2.19, and looking again at Aittokalio he was all the way back at 2.75. What a postseason for Wong, how could it go to anyone else? Bribery, that's how. And for that reason, because he paid me more than anyone else, I think it should go to McZehrl.

Task 1: Do you want the chance to own the stick Manhattan Rage goaltender Jason Aittokallio slammed into the posts in frustration following Esa Anrikkanen's fourth goal of the Calgary Dragons' 7-2 Challenge Cup Finals Game 1 win? Look no further than this totally rad giveaway from Rage headquarters! This stick is in perfect game condition, save for the dent and slight remnants of red paint from the post! Warning: people allergic to daddy issues need not apply, as this stick is covered in them! To win, tell us in 50 words or less what the Manhattan Rage mean to you! Who is your favourite player? What kind of rage does the Rage inspire you to every single day? If the Rage won the Challenge Cup, how much outrage would you launch in the direction of the innocent simmer behind the players? Let us know, and Aittokallio's stick could be yours! (Must be a U.S. resident.)

Task 2: Everyone knows there's only one game of the playoffs that matters, and it's the last one. Everything leads up to that moment, and at the end of the final game, it doesn't matter if it was a game four, a game five, or a game seven: loser goes home, winner takes it all. The Calgary Dragons and Manhattan Rage battled their way to the finals, and neither of them want to be the losers. People may say that no one expected the Rage to even make it this far, but there's one person who did: Jakub Aittokallio, famed SHL goaltender who had the honour of winning multiple cups, and he is not likely to stop expecting the very best from his son. When you have the Challenge Cup, it doesn't matter how you got it, it just matters that you did. No one knows that better than Jason Aittokallio, and so for him, being the one to win that final game is crucial.

Task 3: Catch the Calgary Dragons and the Manhattan Rage in PLAYOFF ACTION this weekend as they go head to head in a battle for the CHALLENGE CUP. Do you like fantastic creatures who horde treasure? Do you like being really fucking angry? Do you like BOTH? Put on your red clothing from head to toe and start cheering, because this is going to be a hell of a series of hockey games! This is your chance to see goaltender Jason Aittokallio get his first taste of finals action in his VERY FIRST SHL season! Is he really as good as his record-setting father? Watch him attempt to fend off the offensive brilliance of Esa Anrikkanen and the rest of the Dragons and decide for yourself! Make sure you get there early in order to take advantage of the free shit you'll be given at the door! Neither team told us what it is, but we're assured that playoff hockey always means free shit! See you there!

Task 4: The Most Valuable Player of this season's Challenge Cup playoffs is a player who hasn't even stepped on the ice for seasons now. What, you ask? Who could that be? Well, if you guessed Jakub Aittokallio, then you're damn fucking right. Here in the SHL media, we never shut up about the father of rookie Manhattan Rage goaltender Jason Aittokallio, because we want baby Aittokallio to feel all the possible pressure he can. Let's be honest - without Aittokallio Sr., there would be no Aittokallio Jr. to make a stunning rookie debut and ensure his team makes it past the defending back-to-back champions that are the New England Wolfpack in the second round. It's not hard work on the baby's part--why would you think that? This isn't about how hard he's trained or how much time he spent in Kelowna working on his game: that shit is genetic. Jakub Aittokallio, GOAT. Jason Aittokallio, just kinda there.

TASK ONE: Create a giveaway for a unique piece of playoff memorabilia. Can be written or graphic. If written, must be 150 words, if graphic, must include a picture of the item and the team logo.
You can have the amazing opportunity to win the jockstrap of VLAD McZehrl the one he wore for the whole playoffs as a good luck charm. This jockstrap protected to McZehrl crownjewels. Just ask VLAD how much he values balls in general and you will quickly realized how much value this memorabilia truly has. This will just be a unique piece for every rage fan. Of course it will be given away unwashed and signed by the whole Rage team so you can truly have the realistic smell of McZ in there and huge collector's value.
So don't forget to enter that giveaway by buying a Manhattan Rage season ticket so you can attend all the games and see McZ in all his glory and mourne that one of the best Defenders that this franchise has seen Roy Razin retired in S32 after playing his whole carerr in the big Apple.

TASK TWO: What has been the biggest game of the playoffs so far? Can be either SHL or SMHJL, 150 words.
This might be a very controversial pick but in my opinion the biggest game of the playoffs was played in Round 1. It was the Minnesota Chiefs against the New England Wolfpack. The #1 seed of the east against the #4 seed of the east. Game 7 and all the pressure is on the New England Wolfpack to not lose this game in the first round after winning the Cup in back to back seasons. Minnesota Chiefs were looking to make the impossible possible by winning this series and breaking their own playoff curse. The Chiefs started off very strong by going up 4 to 0 and a massive hattrick by Lord Pretty Flacko. At this point everyone thought that the game was done but the Wolfpack started an amzing comeback by scoring their own 5th goal 1minute and 15 seconds before the end of the 3rd period. So yeah it this game was a very important one in my eyes.

TASK FOUR: Who is your choice for MVP? Must be 150 words.
Definitely the goalie of the Cup winning team ,which is Hunter Wong. The Canadian national team goalie had a superb performance in these playoffs so far. I know, I know you will now tell me that every goalie could have a performance in these playoffs if they only had the type of players in front of them and yeah definitely Calgary has a stacked roster but still. Wong proved the doubters wrong after a rather bad regular season and excelled in the playoffs. He posted a save percentage of 92.6% and a goal against average of 2.02. He also managed to get in a shutout which is a feat in itself. He basically stood on his head for the whole entire period of the playoffs and the dragons never really had a big struggle in all of their 3 playoffs series. Wong also did a good enough job to take Calgary several times into Overtime and only was defeated twice in overtime. A goalie that keeps you in the game is always something a GM wants.

TASK FIVE: Create an All Star starting lineup of players that did not make the playoffs. Must include a center, two wings, two defence and a goalie. Can be written or graphic. If written, must be 150 words. If graphic, must include renders and team logos.

Center: Renegades Geoffrey Allen Renegades
I chose Allen simply because he was the Center with the highest points total at 47 this season from all the non-playoffs teams. He also is a pass-first player which definitely is something I am looking for when searching for a Center that I can build around.
Another choice would have been Luke Flemming from the Winnipeg Jets who had 44 points and is a more physical player who is a shoot-first guy.

Winger#1 Stars Damien Wert Stars
#8 in points this season with 51 Wert definitely was a no-brainer for this position he should have a nice chemistry with Allen who would be able to feed him with some nice passes. Wert also has the most shots in the SHL if you exclude MAN& MIN players. His plus/minus of +16 also shows you how value able he was for Toronto this season.

Winger#2 Stars Kristian Eriksson Stars
Another Toronto North Stars Winger. Eriksson had one of his down years this season only getting 41 points which still is for #32 in the league. Eriksson is a shoot first guy who also can play physical which is a nice addition to the team.

Defender#1 Stampede Friedrich Müller Stampede
The only Defender to score more than 20 goals. 48 points good for +12 and +2 as a D. The highest +/- for Buffalo.19 PP Points. Do I need to say anything else? Hands down the best D that didn't make the playoffs and a huge name for the S32 Scott Stevens Award.

Defender#2 Renegades Vladimir Lidstrom Renegades
Another Defender that isn't really physical but that isn't that bad a pairing of Lidstrom & Müller would be a pair that a lot of teams would want. Lidstrom is more of a pass first guy compared to Müller who is more a shoot first guy. Solid defensively and good enough offensively to play PP QB.

Goalie Renegades Christoffer Bjornsson Renegades
Björnsson had a good season which sadly wasn't just not quite enough to get into the playoffs. He was arguably the 5th best goalie this season with a SV% of 91% and a GAA or 2.4 and 4 SO's.

TASK ONE: Attention fans of our team, the West Kendall Platoon! I am here to tell you about a special giveaway, just for dedicated fans like yourselves. This season we said goodbye to one of our long time top forwards, Oliver Pettyfer. He has retired, and it is more than likely that his number will be soon hanging in the rafters of our stadium, which would be more than well deserved. Anyways, what we are giving away today is a unique piece of playoff memorabilia, especially relevant this season, and that is an official Oliver Pettyfer game worn West Kendall Platoon jersey, signed for you! Oliver wore this jersey in Game One of the playoffs, in which our team took home the win. This would be a great giveaway to win for all you fans out there, as this is now historic team memorabilia. All you need to do is call in right now, give your name and your phone number and you will be entered into the drawing. Winner will be notified in three to four days. Good luck!

TASK TWO: It has been a pretty intense playoffs, lots of crazy things have happened. The Los Angeles Panthers, who dominated the regular season, were beaten in round 1. The New England Wolfpack lost a shocker of a series to the Manhattan Rage. But the game of the playoffs was Game 1 of the Challenge Cup Finals. The Calgary Dragons, representing the Western Conference, completely blitzed the Manhattan Rage, who looked simply overmatched in this series as a whole, but in this game especially. In the first period, the Rage drew first blood, but were then peppered with five, yes, five Calgary goals to follow, the capper being two goals from Esa Anrikkanen, the ageless veteran. This performance from the Dragons not only elevated their own confidence levels, but knocked the Rage down a peg. Rookie goaltender Jason Aittokallio had come a long way and been battle tested in rounds prior, but he could not prepare for the storm that was about to come. That is why I picked Game 1 of the finals as the most important, because it really set the tone for the rest of the series.

TASK THREE: Hey hockey fans, it's Ray Matthews here with the morning hockey briefing. We are about to get set for the most exciting time of the year, the SHL Finals of course. When the season started, there were fourteen teams. Eight made the playoffs, sending six packing. Then four were eliminated, leaving us with only four remaining contenders, and after last week... We are now down to two! The fiery Canadian side Calgary Dragons are representing the Western Conference, and they will be taking on New York City's finest, the Manhattan Rage. Randy Randleman... Vlad McZehrl, veteran Hunter Wong vs rookie Jason Aittokallio. Who will prevail? One team will take home all the hardware, one team will take home... Nothing! Which team will walk away victorious, find out this weekend, Saturday night at 8 o clock eastern, 7 o clock central! Games will be broadcast with renowned announcers Mike "Doc" Emrick and Eddie Olczyk on NBC Sports Weekend Rivalry!

TASK FOUR: My choice for the Most Valuable Player in the SHL is actually no longer in the playoffs. This will go to Minnesota Chiefs forward, Lord Pretty Flacko. Yes, the Manhattan Rage's Vlad McZehrl had two more points, but LPF makes up for that in other categories, like actually having a positive +/-. He had an insane total of 68 points in 50 games, making him a sure thing to put something on the scoreboard almost nightly. To make a baseball reference here, Lord Pretty Flacko equates with the Los Angeles Angels' Mike Trout, who had ungodly numbers on an otherwise quite mediocre team. McZehrl had a crazy year, of course, for the Manhattan Rage, but they had lots of other help. Save for the now-traded Chernika Banananov, it was pretty much a one man show in Minnesota, and a good one nonetheless. That is why Lord Pretty Flacko is my pick for this high honor!

Task 1:

Task 2:
With recent history reminding us that it takes a full 4 wins to advance in any series, I think Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals carried certain importance. With New England trying to pull off a back to back to back, the thoughts of the prior seasons reverse sweep was heavy on their minds. With emotions high, the game saw blow for blow being exhibited. With Aittokallio standing tall, Chris Welch finally would bury New England once and for all in the 2nd Overtime. A big test for the up and coming Rage, they punched their ticket to the Finals and ended the streak that the Wolfpack were on. Many thought with the Rage advancing that this would simply be a walk in the park, but little did they know the play of McZ and the rookie goalie would tke over in such a statement series.

TASK TWO: What has been the biggest game of the playoffs so far? Can be either SHL or SMHJL, 150 words.

Arguably the biggest game in terms of importance in the SMJHL playoffs was Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Detroit Falcons and the Halifax Raiders. The Raiders were leading the series 3-1 and had a chance to close it out at home. With Playoff standout Jeremy Anderson holding his team in the net, it was mostly the surprisingly sub-par performance from Georgette Pel, who was pulled after conceding 4 goals on 18 shots. Led up front by game changing performances from Matthew Rossi (3G), Joey Ryan (4A), and Terrance Nova (3A), the Falcons managed to outlast the Raiders in a 6-4 goal fiesta and head back home for Game 6. But more importantly, that Game 5 gave Detroit the confidence they needed to eventually win the series out. The Falcons would face the Kelowna Knights in the Four-Star Cup finals but the series against the Raiders had taken its’ toll on them and would bow out in 4 games.

TASK FOUR: Who is your choice for MVP? Must be 150 words.

My choice for Most Valuable Player of the Regular Season is without a doubt Lord Pretty Flacko of the Minnesota Chiefs. While he did not win the points race, losing out to VLAD McZehrl by a mere 2 points, he was a much more integral part of his team’s success. Comparatively, he had more goals scored, a better plus/minus and had a minuscule 6 PIM. To add to that, his shot percentage (11.84%) was much better than McZehrl’s. The case for Vlad McZehrl earning the title of MVP could be made on the basis that he was overall a more complete player as he not only posted high scoring numbers but contributed with his physicality (153 hits) and his incessant shooting (364 shots) to keep pressure everywhere on the ice. Overall I believe than the Rage had a much more complete team at all levels and Flacko’s production on a very top heavy Chiefs line-up was a lot more instrumental in them reaching the playoffs at all. This is why, in my eyes, Lord Pretty Flacko was the Most Valuable Player in the league this season.

TASK FIVE: Create an All Star starting lineup of players that did not make the playoffs. Must include a center, two wings, two defence and a goalie. Can be written or graphic. If written, must be 150 words.

LW - Evandrus Jesster Renegades - Perhaps the most debatable player on this line-up. His goal and assist production was even (19G 19A) but what made him stand out from other wingers was his positive plus/minus (+9) numbers.
RW - Kristian Eriksson Stars - Eriksson has a good season all things considered but the situation in Toronto definitely didn’t help his numbers compared to last year. His production with this line-up would definitely soar.
C - Geoffrey Allen Renegades - Top eliminated Center, Geoffrey Allen had a solid season posting almost at a point-per-game rate. Having 3 other renegades with him on this line-up really is a testament to how close the Texas based team was to making the playoffs.
D - Friedrich Müller Stampede - Müller was the 2nd highest scoring defenseman with 48 points , and led the Stampede in points scoring. Was in heavy consideration for league MVP halfway through the season. Buffalo’s collapse might have cost him the title. Still a solid performance from the soon to be retiree.
D - Vladimir Lidstrom Renegades - Similarly, Lidstrom was among the leaders for defensemen. His 38 assists for the season were only behind Jasper Clayton (NEW) and VLAD McZehrl (MAN). Would shine on this line-up feeding passes to the rest of his teammates.
G - Christoffer Bjornsson Renegades - The goalie with the most wins from all the eliminated teams and tied for 3rd most in the entire league. In fact, he led the playoff-less goalies in pretty much all goalie categories this season. His presence on this line-up is uncontested.

What's the best way to prove how big of a Los Angeles Panthers fan you are? How about owning a real, live panther. Come down to game one tonight to see the Panthers take on the Dragons. The first 5,000 people will receive a ticket for a free baby panther along with a 1 month supply of food to be picked up at the conclusion of the game. Keep the panther as your pet . Feed, nurture it, and watch it grow as the real Los Angeles Panthers grow into playoff contenders. There's no better way to show off your Panther pride than by owning one! So don't miss out, get your's free prior to game one at the Staples Center. (The Los Angeles Panthers are not responsible for any damages to humans, animals, or personal and private property. The fan assumes all risk and fees associated with owning an exotic animal). Let's go Panthers!

TASK TWO: What has been the biggest game of the playoffs so far? Can be either SHL or SMHJL, 150 words.
Looking at all the games played, and their possible/potential impact on the finals matchup, I think Calgary-Edmonton game six was the most important playoff game thus far. Calgary came into the game up three games to two. The Blizzard were on the brink of defeat, and the real result ended with the Blizzard losing and Calgary moving onto the finals. But what if, Edmonton had won that game. Now all of a sudden, the series is tied at three games a piece going back for a do or die game seven for both teams, in Edmonton. That would be a tough game for Calgary. The Edmonton fans would be pumped up and Calgary would be nervous after having just blown a chance to win the series. Who knows? It's possible Calgary would have won anyway and went to the Finals, but it's also possible that Edmonton would've won the game and it would've been the Blizzard moving on. Either way, we'll never know, and it's all just speculation as Calgary was able to pull out a victory and close out the series.

TASK THREE: Write a 150 word radio advert for the S32 Finals Matchup.
It doesn't get any more exciting and dramatic than this! The S32 Challenge Cup Finals are just a couple days away! It's the Calgary Dragons against the Manhattan Rage. It's USA against Canada, East against west, old against new. This series is shaping up to be a fun one. You have two teams here that not a lot of people had in the final two. Calgary matched up against the President's Trophy-winning Los Angeles Panthers in round one, and then the consistent playoff contending Edmonton Blizzard in round two, defeating both to advance to the Challenge Cup Finals for the third time in six seasons. Manhattan beat West Kendall in round one, before upsetting the New England Wolfpack (who had won two straight championships prior) to advance to the finals, and is looking for it's first Challenge Cup since S22. It's going to be an exciting matchup, so don't miss it.

TASK FOUR: Who is your choice for MVP? Must be 150 words.
My vote for Most Valuable Player of the S32 playoffs thus far is Vlad McZehrl. Let's see why. He is currently tied for the league lead in goals (and has a game in hand on the player he's tied with), is tied for second in assists, and is first in points (by a multiple point margin) with nineteen in eleven games played! His plus/minus isn't great, but it is still in the positives. Even as more of a point scorer, McZerhl is just outside the top ten in hits and just narrowly misses the top twenty in shots blocked. He also leads the SHL in shots on goal. We'll see what he's able to do from here in the Finals, but if he can keep playing the way he's been playing, I think he has a good shot. I think that while the Rage have a good team, without VLAD, they would not have reached the finals, therefore making McZehrl a very valuable player.

TASK ONE: Create a giveaway for a unique piece of playoff memorabilia. Can be written or graphic. If written, must be 150 words, if graphic, must include a picture of the item and the team logo.

The Calgary Dragons are giving away, to the first 9,000 fans in the door, a piece of Calgary history! These fans will receive a voucher for a free chicken parm with an Esa Anrikkanen signature, compliments of the Subways of Calgary. Esa Anrikkanen is one of the most notable Dragons and he's become well known for his love of chicken parms. Esa scored 9 goals during the Dragons' run to the Challenge Cup, so our friends at Subway are providing 1,000 of these sandwiches and signatures for every goal scored. "I'm so appreciative of our fans for cheering us on all season, and I just wanted to do something for them. Everyone knows I'm a huge fan of chicken parms and I just wanted to share my love of them with the fans. Hopefully they will love them just as much as I do! I also spent the past week signing all of these autographs to be included with the sandwiches, so I know the fans will appreciate that."

TASK TWO: What has been the biggest game of the playoffs so far? Can be either SHL or SMHJL, 150 words.

The biggest game of the SMJHL playoffs was when the Detroit Falcons defeated the Halifax Raiders in game 6 on home ice. The Falcons came into the playoffs as underdogs and managed to force game 7 against the juggernaut that is the Raiders. After winning games 5 and 6, the Falcons had set up a game 7 do-or-die moment against the Raiders. After tying the series up, the Falcons players had the confidence and momentum that they needed in order to defeat the Raiders 4-2 in game 7, advancing to the Four Star Cup finals for the first time since Season 23. In game 6 of that Eastern Conference match up, defenseman Jari Sinikka came alive with 3 points and a plus 3 rating while skating a bit over 23 minutes on the ice. His offense from the backend paired with Terrance Nova allowed the Falcons to take over the series.

TASK THREE: Write a 150 word radio advert for the S32 Finals Matchup.

"Come on down to watch the Calgary Dragons as they take on the Manhattan Rage tomorrow night in Game 3 of the Challenge Cup Finals! The two teams come to Calgary for a two game stretch with the series tied at 1-1. Our hometown boys started off the series with a huge 7 goal display in the first game of the match up, but lost a close Game 2 later in the week. Now they're coming back home for us to cheer on to victory! Tickets are available at www.calgarydragons.com as well as 1-800-DRAGONS. Here at KSWX, we have a handful of tickets that we'll be giving away to lucky callers over the rest of today, so continue to tune in to your home for all things Calgary Dragons! Tomorrow's game will start at 7pm Eastern standard time following the national anthem, performed by Justin Bieber. Let's go boys, beat the Rage!"

TASK FOUR: Who is your choice for MVP? Must be 150 words.

My choice for the SHL playoffs MVP is Calgary Dragons goaltender Hunter Wong. With a 12-2-2 record, a .926 save percentage, and a 2.02 goals against average, the Calgary goalie carried his team throughout the playoffs and towards their 3rd Cup in the past several years. He successfully shut down the #1 seed Los Angeles Panthers, took down the Edmonton Blizzard in the Western Conference Finals, and then handily defeated the Manhattan Rage in only 5 games by shutting down their highly skilled players like Vlad McZehrl. After the Rage tied the Finals up at 1 a piece by winning Game 2 at home, Hunter Wong took the reins and shut down the boys from Manhattan by only allowing 1 goal in each of Games 3 and 4. When the two teams travelled back to Manhattan for game 5, the Rage clawed and scraped and did everything they could with their playoff lives on the line, but Hunter Wong was there with ice in his veins and allowed only 2 goals in the Game 5, Cup-winning victory.

TASK ONE: I get it, you're wondering if your countless Jerseys, bobbleheads, foam fingers, outdated signs, and fake moustaches prove how big of a Winnipeg Jets fan you are. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, point is we're hosting a giveaway that is MUST SEE and you CANNOT MISS IT. Everyone in the world is going to want to know that you got one of our unique and one of a kind Merch Packs at our next rivalry game against the Calgary Dragons! Our Merch Pack includes a mini stick with Luke Fleming's number engraved on the side, a signed puck from one of the three hottest Winnipeg Jets rookies (Zack Evans, Jason Visser, and Corey Bearss), one unique poster featuring one of the veteran Jets players in Big Manious, Vidrik Onoprienko, and Elyk. Keep in mind that we do not have unlimited Merch Packs so only take one and don't get greedy! We hope that this one of a kind merchandise box will bring a smile on your face and some decor to your house. Go Jets!

TASK TWO: You know what everyone remembers in the SHL and in hockey in general? They remember the last game. The game that sent the team over the limit and destroyed everything on one side, and made everything come together on the other. Rarely do you get a playoffs that ends anticlimactically. At the very least you are going to see some fireworks in that last game even if one team is already blown out. It becomes about pride at that point, and much more. Between the Manhattan Rage and the Calgary dragons that last 4-2 win was everything. It established that the Calgary Dragons were going to become the champions they sought out to become once and for all. Some of the players on that team were champions before and that makes it all the more important that they got another ring on their fingers to retire with. By god, winning 4-2 is probably the best way to win it all as well. Tight until the end!.

TASK THREE: You want to know how to scratch that hockey itch you've been having? Well look no further folks, because we have got some of the best hockey you have ever laid your eyes on in the SHL right now between the Calgary Dragons and the New England Wolfpack. Vlad McZehrl led his team past some of the greatest SHL teams there in the West Kendall Platoon and the New England Wolfpack. If he is able to continue to bring his incredible hockey skill to that next level in the playoffs similar to how he was playing in the regular season I can't see why the Manhattan Rage wont blow right past the Calgary Dragons and finish them for the Challenge Cup once and for all! Then again there is a reason why the Calgary Dragons, a largely veteran and experienced team, are there in the first place. It is now or never between these two teams so don't be left out! Buy your tickets today and be a part of the hockey experience of a lifetime!

TASK FOUR: Vlad McZehrl is the most unstoppable player in SHL history probably. The amount of points he has generated in the short amount of time he has been in the SHL is nothing short of extraordinary. Everything he does emulates the kind of player that you want to be in the Simulation Hockey League. Someone who can just play minutes on top of minutes and produce points out of nothing which is an incredible talent in hockey. He does things that people do not know how to do. He can skate 180 degrees around you and pot the goal zipping right past your ear and into the net, or maybe it goes between your legs and into the net, or maybe it goes under your armpit and into the net. The point is this guy knows how to get stuff done and he has proven that time and time again. I pick him as playoff MVP because he is a true SUPERSTAR and SHL Moon Man alumni.

TASK TWO: What has been the biggest game of the playoffs so far? Can be either SHL or SMHJL, 150 words.

The biggest game so far in the SHL playoffs has been Game 36, Game 7 between the New England Wolfpack and Manhattan Rage in the Eastern Conference Finals. Series tied 3-3, winner gets to play in the finals. The game started off a bit slow but a penalty midway through the 1st period gave the Rage an early opportunity to get a goal. Wyatt Wollker scored his 5th of the playoffs on the powerplay. The 2nd period was also the same, but Nathan Russell scored with just 3 minutes left. The 3rd period was a bit more eventful as both teams scored to make it 2-2 after regulation time. The first overtime saw no goals. Game 7, going into 2nd overtime, someone has to stand up and be the hero. And who other than Chris Welch to score probably the biggest goal of his career for the Rage. The Rage defeat the Wolfpack to advance to the finals thanks to one of the most intense and nerve-racking games ever.

TASK FOUR: Who is your choice for MVP? Must be 150 words.

The playoffs have been good to quite a few players as there have been quite a few players that have recorded over 1 PPG. But there are two teams remaining, the Rage and the Dragons and even though there are multiple players on the Rage that are in the running for the award including Vlad McZehrl and Wyatt Wollker, the MVP should be rookie goaltender Jason Aittokallio. He has been outstanding these players with a record of 8-1-1 in 10 games with a save percentage of 0.931%. He has given up 27 goals in 699 minutes of hockey which gives him a 2.32 GAA. He has been named the 1st star of the game twice and 2nd star of the game twice. He is leading the league in wins and save percentage in the playoffs. One of the best up and coming players in the SHL is already making a huge name for himself as he is looking to lead the Rage to SHL glory.

TASK FIVE: Create an All Star starting lineup of players that did not make the playoffs. Must include a center, two wings, two defence and a goalie. Can be written or graphic. If written, must be 150 words.

There are 6 teams that didn’t make the playoffs this year in the SHL and they are the Texas Renegades, Winnipeg Jets, Portland Admirals, Buffalo Stampede, Hamilton Steelhawks and the Toronto North Stars. To comply to NHL All-Star game rules, this starting lineup will have 1 representative from each team. Starting in nets, we have Christoffer Bjornsson from the Renegades, who had a very good season posting a 26-15-2 record in 43 games played with a 0.910 save percentage and a 2.40 goals against average. Starting on the blue line, we have Friedrich Muller from the Stampede, who posted a phenomenal season with 21 goals and 27 assists, with 19 of those points coming on the powerplay as well as 71 shots blocked. Beside him we have Kelly Rivet, who notched in 5 goals with 26 assists, as well as 88 penalty minutes, 90 hits and 107 shots blocked. On the wings, we start off with Damien Wert, who scored 25 goals and 26 assists, with 12 of those points coming on the powerplay. On the other side, will be Steelhawks forward Michael Burch, who led the team in scoring with Miles Berger with 18 goals and 21 assists. Finally, up the middle is Jets forward Luke Fleming who scored 21 goals and 23 assists along with 135 hits.
