different situation that i'd like to address

1) truck stoker wasn't playing for any team when i made crutchfield. in fact, he hadn't played for 3+ seasons and was rotting in the FA pool. Makes it more like the Legend situation IMO but you are free to debate that with me.

2) nobody came to me asking about my multi situation, i admitted it in public that I mainly made a new account because I didn't want the stink of going inactive on me.

3) there was nothing shady about my retirement of truck stoker and admitting that i am who i am. no editing posts or anything of the kind

if i were to have gotten any punishment with it, i would have taken it no questions asked. just to clear things up.

Truthfully, I'm his teammate and I think he deserves to be punished. Junior Head Office doesn't get a say in disciplinary actions nor were we privy to what was going on in HO however.

So he knew that what he is doing could get him in trouble, so he was trying to get someone to transfer his money so he could shut up about it and crawl back into being just Marley without anyone noticing. Instead of that he got caught and was put on trial.

All in all I belive that this punishment is on point and he should just be allowed to choose one of the accounts and if he chooses to stay with Marley then no funds should be transferred as a punishment. But hell, now we know that Marley is the same Banack, so probably we can expect another account....except this time I hope he will act smarter![/b]

I'm not sure what degree of punishment is merited here, but I do think it deserves something, not just a free pass.
