Depends on the situation. In most occasions, the more the merrier.

Had a nice relaxing weekend. Played some Golf with the father in law, spent some quality family time, and hit the rink to hone the skills

Have you ever played in a sim league before - hockey or otherwise? Which? yes, i am a recreate from here and also played in gomhl. Both are hockey. I also played in a soccer one which didnt last too long.

Which aspect of the SHL sounds like the most enjoyable to you? The draft and climbing your way up the ladder to become an impact player.

Are you interested in eventually holding a league job? Already have held numerous jobs and wouldn't mind to again.

Are you interested in learning to make graphics? LAP is what made me learn graphics and gave me an insight to it.

What do you expect out of your first season? All i expect is to keep improving. I dont expect to become an impact player right away. It was only in the second season of smjhl last time where i took away 4 trophies.

Have you ever played in a sim league before - hockey or otherwise? Which? Nope! First time giving a sim league a shot but very interested thus far.

Which aspect of the SHL sounds like the most enjoyable to you? The interaction with real people on such a big scale is really cool. The fact that the whole league, from players to coaches to GMs and commissioner, are all real people is fascinating, and I like the small scale approach of strictly controlling only your player and his development.

Are you interested in eventually holding a league job? I might want to recreate a player once or twice, but ultimately I'd love to be a general manager some day!

Are you interested in learning to make graphics? Already have experience with Photoshop and Illustrator, happy to work on graphics!

What do you expect out of your first season? I want to be train hard and work my way up as a top player on the team. I expect to start out in a small role but I'm dedicated to moving up throughout the season.

What do you like about the idea of playing for the Montreal Militia? Well based on the questions at the end of this survey, the vibe seems to be really chill which is cool, and I love anime so I'd fit in right away!

This one, for the last 3 years (16 seasons). Also GOMHL, but it never really held my attention that well - my player won a cup both near the beginning and end of his career though, so I have somethign to show for it.

Which aspect of the SHL sounds like the most enjoyable to you?
There are a ton of great people on the site, and I've made a bunch of friends with people who are just as nerdy about hockey as I am. I also really enjoy making graphics, and have hugely improved my photoshop skills while I've been around.

Always! I have some of the basics down, but I've been trying to improve my sig making lately.

What do you expect out of your first season?
With my last player, his first season was less than great, both his own stats and his team's stats. So I understand it can take awhile. I'd hope he'll have a better foundation since he's a more concentrated build than Russell was (power forwards are so slow to develop! Wink

but my goal is to have fun and to keep building him until he gets there.

I like your GMs, and you definitely have some good alumni. Plus, despite all the controversy, I actually really like your uniforms...

What don't you like about the idea of playing for the Montreal Militia?
I know at times your locker room has been spamtastic, which I could see getting to be a bit much, but I have no idea if that's true lately. I love activity, I just want some actual content scattered throughout. But LRs change hugely from season to season and are largely based on what the players bring to them, so I'm not worried.

Would you prefer to have dinner in a large group or with one or two friends?
Both sound awesome - if I like everyone in the large group and it's not a situation where you can't hear anyone speak then that's fun, but a smaller group is sometimes better for conversation.

What did you do last weekend?
People have answered this question both in and out of character, so:
IC: Packed my bags to come to North America!
OOC: Played Dungeons and Dragons. Basically all weekend.

I've never really been the type to call someone my hero

Which aspect of the SHL sounds like the most enjoyable to you?
It's always been the LR's for me

I was an updater once so I'd probably do that again if I have time.

I've done a few before. I'm not very good but it's definitely something I'd like to improve at.

What do you expect out of your first season?
Not a whole lot. I don't mind riding the pine and winning isn't an expectation as long as the season is a good time.

I like the team name and aesthetic. Wasn't a huge fan of the Impact but this look is much nicer.
