Three Cheers for the Yzerplan!

It was announced on Tuesday that Steve Yzerman is stepping down as the Lightning's General Manager in order to spend more time with his family. He will be spending the final year of his contract in an advisory roll of Julien BriseBois, the incoming General Manager. This news came as a surprise to everyone in the NHL, not just to the Tampa organization. While we still have him and his wizardry for one more year, I'm starting this thread as the resident Lightning fan so that we can show appreciation for what he has pulled off in Tampa as well as wishing him all the best in the future, even if that does lead to a successful Red Wings revival in a few years time.
