"Bring back Pingy Pingu Lunga Gumba esq. And I mean bring him all the way back. I want every thread on this forum that involves even a modicum of salt to get razed to the ground by our most notorious shitposting penguin. I want every thunderdome to drown in ABAGABA spam and a signature that doesn't end. I want the userbase of this fine league to cower in terror, slinking about the forums and making as little noise as possible for fear of attracting the Shitpost Slenderman. When some poor immigrant from the NFL sim blunders into the forum and makes an angry post about how his player slipped to the early second round despite having done ALL the rookie tasks(!), let the veteran survivalists stare in horror and pity while the newbie rages. They will know it is only a matter of time before @Pingy Pingu descends upon his post like a ravening wolf and obliterates his tread, reducing it to a radioactive waste-dump of unintelligible spam. They will not interfere, for Pingy is our immune system. Because he can take it. Our Dark Knight of Shitposting"

Game 52 Simweek 3 Colorado Raptors vs St. Louis Scarecrows

The St. Louis fans didn’t saw many shots in thisngame. Both team combined only for 42 Shots (Col: 19; Stl 23) and because of that it was a game of high concentration for both netminders. Both Keepers had a Sv% under 0.900 and could show all they got. Aleister Cain could get the W with a minimal better statistical performance. But to put his Win/Loss record positive with 4-3-0 he only had to save 16 of 19 Shots. Yuri Ushakov got his third Loss in this 4-3 defeat in St. Louis. He is at 6-3-2 at this point.

Lunga Gumba, the amazing shot.

It has now been 11 regular season games and we have not yet seen the shot, the shot that splits pucks i half and crushes goalie equipment. Finding the back of the net has been hard for Lunga Gumab to start of the season, for that matter it has not clicked for Lunga at all. With no points in the first 11 games of the season And also no points in 50 pre season games, Lunga is having a rough season 45. You have to go all the way back to the prospect showcase to se lunga on the scoreboard, where he had 6 goals and 9 assists for 15 points in 36 games played. Is this a concern? Not to me Lunga Gumba is one of the most dedicated and hardest workers on the Colorado roster and I truly beleve that when Lunga starts to score there is nothing that can stop the puck from filling up the oponents net.

St Louis Chronicle Game Recap
St Louis (5-6-0) snapped a four game skid by beating Colorado (6-5-0) by a score of 4-3, who saw their losing streak extend to three games. These two teams met just under a week ago, with Colorado taking the first matchup by a score of 2-1. The Scarecrows special teams units continued to impress, as the power play converted on their lone of the night while the penalty kill successfully stopped Colorado on both of their man advantages. St Louis rookie Tyler Tougard was the game's first start, finding the back of the net twice for his first two goals of the season. These two teams face off again in two days, this time in Colorado.

Comment 2:
Special K Special-Teams Player of the Game
Tonight's Special K Special-Teams Player of the Game comes from the St Louis defense: Samuel Jalopski. Jalopski was a very integral part of the St Louis penalty kill tonight, which was successful on both disadvantages in stopping Colorado from finding the back of the net. Jalopski has always been a key part of the Scarecrows penalty kill, but has often been overshadowed by some of the more seasoned offensive weapons the Scarecrows have on the power play when it came to handing out this award. Despite the power play succeeding yet again, Jalopski's aggressiveness in fending off the Colorado attack was key in keeping this game in the Scarecrow's favor.

Comment 3:
House of Crow Rook of the Game
Tonight's House of Crow Rook of the Game should come as no surprise, as this player also took home the game's first star of the night: Tyler Tougard (STL). Tougard found the back of the net on two of his three shots, giving him his first two goals of his SMJHL career. Despite getting just over 17 minutes of ice time (17:22), Tougard found a way to be the most dangerous offensive player on the ice for either team tonight. The upper management in St Louis graded Tougard very highly in the most recent draft, and when they had the chance to grab him, they wasted no time picking him up, and he is finally finding his footing in the SMJHL at just the right time to help St Louis end the skid.

While to many not the most exciting or star studded match up, this produced a very interesting game Goal tender wise. Ushakov vs Cain came down to a few extra shots by the Scarecrows. Both teams played their other goalies, and they both proved that they have a shot at earning more play time, if not in the SMJHL, in the SHL propper. Cain posted the .842 and Ushakov a .826. Consistent scoring from both teams kept it close, even if offense wasn't at the front most of the importance in this game. Both teams showing that down the stretch, they want to keep their defense tight, even if it means costing their offense.

Low Shooting Performance for Colorado
Colorado had a very low shooting game tonight, only getting 7 shots in the first, 5 shots in the 2nd, and 7 shots in the 3rd, for a total of only 19 shots the entire game. This game would have never been close if STL goalie didn't put up a measly .842 save percentage. Not one player on Colorado had over 3 shots, and 8 players didn't even register a shot at all. It's disappointing to see this being a Raptors fan. We might need to shuffle the lines a bit to get this offense going, because they aren't this bad.

Comment 2
Colorado's Awful Power Play Continues
Another game for Colorado with no power play goals. This puts them at a measly 7% for the year, the worst in the league by a fair margin. Considering the top power play is sitting around 28% something needs to change. Another kicker is that this was only a 1 goal loss for Colorado, and that 1 goal came on the power play for STL, giving them a power play goal in the 1 chance they had. Expect some powerplay coaches to be fired for Colorado if things don't turn around soon, because they will quickly fall in the standings with a power play this bad.

Comment 3
Chico Smeb
We are now into Week 3 of the season, and Chico has struggled ever since game 1 of the season. After his promising 2 point performance in game 1, Chico has only put up 2 points in the following 8 games. Not good enough for the young superstar defenceman. If he wants to play in the top 4 and add some power play time he better step it up quickly. Although he is 3rd on the team in terms of TPE count among defencemen, he's putting up some awful numbers. Maybe he deserves to play more based off TPE numbers, but not when he's been a negative to the team this past week or two.
