Alright, so the first thing is to decide who's going to choose whether they pick first or second in the expansion draft.
Whoever picks first in the expansion draft will pick fifth in the SHL Entry Draft Rounds 1, 3, and 5, (picking fourth in rounds 2 and 4) unless one of the expansion teams wins the lotto.
