Did that on purpose to mess with the Outlaws... gonna fix it next installment of the broadcast before puck drop.
Ok actually I messed that up... Should of double checked that but for the most part not a bad start to this thing.
Mistakes gonna happen sometimes as they do on live radio and tv... don't worry Outlaws... I'll apologize next broadcast Smile

Broadcast Transcript Below

That was some, pre show warm up hype, to what should be a high flying affair, to this long awaited match up!!

Both teams are just about ready as the crowd is on their feet and waving their battle towels.
The refs get everyone lined up and in order... about to drop the puck. Westbroek against Marc Hagan!
And We're Off!!

Westbroek wins the puck and gets it over to Mathias Seger.
Seger skates a few feet up ice and dumps it into the Montreal Zone.
Stolp Skottson gets control of the puck along the boards! Oh No... Lallo Selman runs him over!
Skottson down on the ice and the puck is free!
Selman gets control. It looks like this game is going to be one heck of a physical contest!
Selman passes it over to Wetbroek.
He skates forward and passes back to Selman near the center line.
He passes up to Kennedy now and Kennedy shuffles it right back to Selman.
Skottson Checks him up against the boards with a little payback and takes control of the puck!
Crosses Center Ice and gets it over to Klozoff. Klozoff crosses the blue line and into Outlaw Territory.
Klozoff dishes over to James Truong. Truong holds the puck and hesitates. Still hesitating. Looking for an opening.
Finds a hole and passes it over to Hagan who quickly gets it over to the Commander. Kennedy strips him of the puck.
He uses the boards and the puck finds its way over to Seger.
Seger dumps the puck into the Militia zone and both teams make a change.
AOV plays the puck and makes a nice pass over to Klozoff. Klozoff fumbles the puck and Hiro Fujikawa intercepts!
He brings it over the blue line...
And there's the whistle! Offsides is the call and the refs point to the dot outside the zone.

Well my good friends at Sports Canada have informed me that I announced the wrong goaltender in the lineups for the Outlaws.
Not sure that it matters as they have swiss cheese in net from my understanding.
However, to make amends. Number 69... Patrick Niederreiter is not in goal for the Outlaws.
It appears the starting goalie for the Outlaws is none other than Tibuk Soonika.
Soonika is a Canadian Native. He wears the pretentious number 1 and it appears he has earned it making it to the Finals this year!
He is 6 foot four inches tall.
Weighing in at 210 pounds.
He is considered a Stand-Up Goalie.
His Strengths are: Size, Style Control and Reaction Time.
His Major Weakness is Agility which makes sense for a stand up goalie style.
I want to apologize to the Outlaws once again and to their fans.
I have been on strike for a few weeks now and the rest has caused some rust.

Back to the game! Both teams make some changes and the refs get ready for the restart.
Kristoffer Svensson against Slap McShotty! The refs don't like it.
They direct Svensson out of the face off area and Jaguar Johnson takes his place.
Both players are set and the ref drops the puck.
Jaguar gets tied up but manages to win the puck. O'dowd has it now. One of the Irish Assasians for the Primary Defense.
He skates his way over neutral territory and wraps it around the boards dumping it into the Anaheim Zone.
Tedisko hustles over and gets to it first. Tedisko over to Jaguar Johnson but that gets taken away by Noah Tedla.
Noah tries to make a stretch pass but the puck sails wide and goes for icing!
Montreal Makes a change but the Outlaws can not.
Puck comes back to the Outlaw Zone for a duel in the face off circle.

Due to time constrants we move forward in our broadcast.

Radio Transcript Below

We pick up the action with the Montreal Militia on the Power Play.
Osbert Whacker was called for Holding at 9:56 into the first period.
The Outlaws didn't like the call and voice their opinion to the refs.
Whacker skates to the box and the crowd chants shame to him.
Anheim has their penalty killers out.
The Militia put the Run and Gun Power Play Line on the ice.
The crowd is more than excited! It is electric in here as the players get set for the face off!
Face Off Left of Soonika in the Anaheim Zone.
Hagan against Westbroek and Hagan cleanly wins it!
The pass is made over to Truong. Truong skates in and flips it over to Keegan.
Keegan slides it over to the Commander. The Militia are setting this up as the Outlaws look tired.
Commander Shepard skates in near the crease... dekes Soonika and flips it past the netminder to put the Militia up 1-0!
Buy Sam a Drink and Get his Dog One Too!! What a play by The Shepard who's first name is Commander!
And rightfully so as he commands this team on the power play!
The Militia huddle up and skate towards the bench touching gloves.
Nothing that Anaheim could do there as they were showing some fatigue and anger from the holding call!
Not much one can do it about it now but in this arena it isn't going to be easy to change the momentum!

The fans continue to celebrate as Osbert Whacker joins his team on the bench.
The refs bring the puck back to center ice and get ready to start the action once again!
The noise is deafening and I can barely contain myself!
Marc Hagan in the circle against Rockatansky!

Due To Time Constraints we move forward in our broadcast!

Welcome back as we are at 15:35 into the first period.
The Montreal Militia have a one goal lead on the Anaheim Outlaws.
Commander Shepard scored the goal at 10:12 on the Power Play.
He was assisted by Keegan Angello and JJ, otherwise known as Jaguar Johnson.

The puck has been dumped into the Outlaw Zone by Oliver Klozoff.
Soonika goes behind the net and passes it up to Noah Tedla.
Now Seemu has it in the neutral zone.
Seemu Skates over the blue line of Montreal. He slips it over to Kristers.
Sarantez of the Primary Defense ties Kristers up.
They struggle along the boards trying to dig the puck out.
Sarantez wins the battle but Noah picks his pocket.
Pass over to Seemu again in the Militia Zone.
Back to Noah now but here comes the other Irishman, O'Dowd who gains control.
O'dowd over to his countryman, Sarntez who skates up the nuetral zone.
Sarnatez passes across the blue line to Griffith.
Into Outlaw Territory the Militia have a 3 on 1!
Griffith over to Herry Morris the Fourth who has a wide open net and taps it in...
to put the Home Team up two to nothing! Look Out Loretta!
The Militia Fans are losing their minds as the players celebrate once again!
What a smart play by the Luck of the Irish!
Unfortunately O'Dowd doesn't get credit for the assist but he clearly made the play!
Sarantez and Griffith Cadwalader get the credit and Morris gets the goal.
I am sure O'Dowd isn't worried about it as the scoreboard is all that matters!

Once again we need to move forward in our broadcast due to time constraints.

We pick up the action at 16 minutes and 30 seconds into the first period with the Militia ahead two to zero.

Keegan Angello has control of the puck and moves it through neutral ice.
He has Griffith open on the opposite side.
He passes it over to him and they bring it into the Anaheim end cleanly.
A little shake and back and Griffith back to Angello.
Angello fires the one timer and misses the net!
Rebound off the boards and Stolp Skottson is all alone in front!
He Shoots! He Scores! Ohhhhh Michael Michael Motorcycle!
The Militia are starting to run away with this one up three to nil!

Due to Time Contstraints we move forward in our broadcast!

Game 1 Four Cup Star Final Game Link

(526 Word Written Script with 4:00 Audio Minutes)

Transcript Below

Unfortunately we do not have enough time to rebroadcast period 2 or 3 of the game.
TPE is a factor as this material needs to be published within the hour to gain the bonus.

Welcome to the Post Game Wrap Up Show!
Period 2 would showcase more of the same from Period 1.
The Militia would score twice to go ahead 5 goals to the Outlaws Zero.
Griffith Cadwalader would get his secod of the playoffs at 6 minutes in.
He was assisted by Russian Rookie Defenseman Zarley Zalapski.
This would put Montreal up 4 to zero and the fans couldn't believe it.
Patrick Niederreiter would enter the game.
3 Minutes and Ten Seconds later Marc Hagan would score on a tic tac goal play with Truong and Shepard.
This would put the Militia up five, love. After this goal the Militia got lazy and started to get into penalty trouble.
The Outlaws would dash the hopes of a shut out scoring on the Power Play Goal at 11:22 of the second.
Corey Kenedy got the wrister past AOV as Seger and Westroek would assist.
Anaheim would get an even strength goal at 15:34 as Nick Connolly got his first of the playoffs.
Assisted by Mander and Whacker! Sounds like a Beavis and Butthead Reference.
Once again the Militia would get sloppy and the Outlaws would go on the man advantage.
They would make quick work of it and score another power play goal at 17:34.
This time Fujikawa would get his sixth goal of the playoffs assisted by Whacker.
At the end of 2 the Fans got a little nervous blowing a five goal lead but still up 5-3.

In the third period the Militia would get back to work and this time third line defenseman Zarley Zalapski,
would get his first every Four Star Cup goal assisted by Angello. The goal was a one timer from the point.
This would put the Militia up 6-3 and the crowd felt better about things.
This would be the sixth different player for Montreal to score in the game!
It would not end as Keegan Angello got on the board to make it seven different players getting a goal.
The Militia had controal back now up 7 to 3.
Anaheim would manage a third power play goal to get 4 goals total but in the end would fall short.
The Militia ended up winnin the contest 7 to 4 as the final buzzer sounded and the crowd errupted in joy!

Neither coach was too happy about things. The Coach for the Militia did not like the lazy attitude after getting a five goal lead.
Anaheims staff was upset about the sloppy play at first but had some good things to say in the end.
They felt if they can continue to score 4 goals a game they have a good chance to take the cup.
The problem is not allowing the Militia to score 5 or more!

I want to thank all the people who supported me during the Media Strike and as always...
Please Drill the Hole First before You start Ice Fishing!
