Skater (forward or defense) update scale:

From 0 to 60, it costs 1 training point (TPE) to improve an attribute by one.
From 60 to 70, it costs 2 points to improve by one.
From 70 to 80, it costs 4 points to improve by one.
From 80 to 90, it costs 8 points to improve by one.
From 90 to 99, it costs 12 points to improve by one. (Strengths only.)

Weakness: 
From 40-60, it costs 2 TPE to improve by one.
From 60-70, it costs 6 TPE to improve by one. 
From 70-85, it costs 12 TPE to improve by one.

Updated, @Sand I had to deduct 3 from you as you claimed the same training twice. So in total you gained 46, not 49 TPE, also I had to adjust some of your attributes as you spent 54 TPE. So total is 201. SC=55, PH=60 1/2, SK=69 since you started with 65, DF=74, ST=60, PA=68.
