In the past this has been the end of the ceremony but this season we start a new tradition in the Anaheim Outlaws Organization. We have decided to induct the first members into the Anaheim Outlaws Hall of Fame. We have two inductees for this season. Before we start to honor them, we wanted to be transparent about the criteria for induction. A player will have the chance to be inducted after their final season of SMJHL eligibility has passed. The end of this past season opens eligibility to S45 players and older. Each season will feature the subsequent draft class as it passes the limit on it's ability to play of the franchise. The first inductee we have for the Anaheim Outlaws HOF is a member of the S45 Draft Class. They were acquired as part of the S45 Expansion Draft. They were named the first Team Captain of the Anaheim Outlaws and would serve in this capacity for 2 seasons. This player played for 3 seasons with Anaheim and is the current All-Time Points Leader for the franchise with 128 regular season point and 154 Total Points. They are the holder of 4 All-Time F Records, 2 Single Season F Records, 3 Playoff F Records, and 2 Team wide Records for All-Time Goals and Points. The have won 6 Team Awards over their career. The first inductee in the Anaheim Outlaws HOF is Hiro Fujikawa (@"Marley") Our second Inductee for the Anaheim Outlaws HOF is the first member to be inducted in the management portion of the hall. There is no formal criteria for this portion of the hall other than the discretion of team management. The Following Inductee was the first GM in franchise history. They took a brand new expansion franchise over in Season 45 amid the record breaking S46 Draft class. They continued in their role for the following 4 seasons as the team grew both in members and success. During their time as GM, they have a record of 100W - 82L - 18OTL. They GM'd the team to it's first Four Star Cup in Season 47 and has 2 finals appearances in S47 and S48. They have won the Mathias Chouinard Award in the SMJHL for Best GM's in S46, S47, and possibly S48 as those awards have not been released at this time. This Member was an integral force in building the early success of the franchise and after stepping down following S48, continues to serve as a scout and advisor. They have been a prime example of the difference that quality management makes in forming a great team. We are proud to name the first management inductee into the Anaheim Outlaws HOF @Dangles13 As the new Head GM of the Anaheim Outlaws I am excited for the future of the franchise and to honor the commitment of others to making this franchise one of the best in the SMJHL. As we move into the new season with plenty of new members I only hope we can continue the standard of excellence set before me by the previous GM. A single cup is not enough for this management team. We will continue to develop our players to be the best in the league and we will once again stand tall as the winners of the Four Star Cup.
