Good evening, everyone!

It was brought to the SMJHL HO's attention that one of the Falcons' player, Emiko Spector @MantoRune was playing with a build that was over the 350 TPE cap until two days ago. While there is some precedent for what punishment to be given, this situation is a tad bit different as the player was only 1 TPE over the cap. SMJHL HO has had discussions about what the proper course of action would be, and given the aforementioned context, we felt that only a slight punishment was warranted in this situation.


Emiko Spector will be suspended for two games. These games will not count towards the mandatory back up starting games for the Detroit Falcons.

UPDATE: @esilverm and @ml002 are both fined $1,000,000 for being partially responsible in how Spector got over the cap.
