Hey guys, as the new recruitment head for the SHL, I want to look to the community to offer up websites, forums, or subreddits where they either have connections or think we could find a plethora of strong members to enter the SHL. As a newer member to the site in general, my database of potential locations is fairly limited and I would love to hear from all of you what has worked in the past, what you think could work, and what you'd like to see out of the recruitment team moving forward.

I've thought about this for a while. Donation drive to get recruits from podcasts. The Winged Wheel Podcast has a Patreon that they ready questions from each podcast, I bet we could get in touch with them and work something out where the read a little tidbit once a show (which is twice a week). No idea what that would cost though.

I'm sure it already exists, but just in case, each of the hockey subreddits would be prime places. Not just r/hockey and r/nhl, but also individual team subreddits would probably lead to successful recruitment.
