Task: Post a failed promotion for any SHL or SMJHL team. promotion must include the team name, the season, the promotions title and what the promotion entails.
S44 - Heading into S44, the Buffalo Stampede attendance rates were shockingly low, sometimes only filling as much as 40% even during their playoff run. Stuck for ideas Buffalo decided to run the "NOOT NOOT" campaign which encouraged fans of the Stampede to essentially crash live interviews or radio call ins and scream at the top of their lungs "NOOT NOOT". Anybody who did so and gained considerable traction would be offered a free luxury suite for the next Stampede home game. The campaign gained a cult following and now remains the unofficial motto of the Buffalo Stampede. |
