tampa will NOT get a single point i can say this with confidence being the interim gm i will not allow it resulting in us completing this historic pointless season
At the time of writing, Hamilton is 4 points away from both 1st and 3rd in the conference. I think Buffalo will win the East and Hamilton will remain where they are, as 2nd in the East is actually the most advantageous position. Finishing there they will play either Manhattan or New England in the first round who will be 4th in the conference, but have a higher seed due to finishing first in their division.
Edmonton has a tough road ahead of them if they want to win the top-seed in the west. In points, they are right in the race, but their opponents have games in hand for the remainder of the season. Edmonton also has one of the tougher schedules remaining with multiple backup games left. If they manage to take top-seed in the west, they truly deserve the title.
You know what? Good on you, Tampa. If you're going to do something, don't do it half-assed. Go all in. And that's what the Barracuda have done, so I feel credit here is warranted.
This opinion is not coming from me having TBB under in the casino this season.
On an unrelated note, congrats Texas on hitting 21+ wins, and here's hoping Hamilton can eke out one more in their final 10 for no particular reason at all.
For the record, I think: Buffalo will finish first in the East and league; New England will just barely pass Manhattan in a wild season finish; New Orleans will finish 1st in the West, and both Calgary and San Francisco will finish well out of a playoff spot. ■
obviously buffalo is heads and tails above the rest of the field this year and i see them easily ending their playoff push and taking home the top seed in the east.

Number one for the Eastern Conference Champion and the President's Trophy will be won by the Stampede and why? because we are much better than the Steelhawks and have the better players that is why.

The Buffalo Stampede will easily cruise to the top of the East near season's end. With a stacked roster and great coaching, there shoulndt be any reason they dont
While I would like to believe that the Tampa Bay Barracuda can record a single point, I just cannot see them accomplishing this. They are nearly getting outshot five to one per game for the season average. The Barracuda have also averaged less than a goal a game. With the trade of their starting goalie, Leitner, and the firing of their general manager, there is little to hope for. It would take a miracle game just to take a game into overtime. The Barracuda are sadly relegated to finishing the season 0-50-0.

Obviously I'm biased but the LA Panthers will secure the top seed in the west for the 2nd season in a row in the FHM era. EDM has too few games remaining and is not considered a threat. While NOLA is strong again this season, Cain is not as much of a threat as last season and have snagged a few lucky victories to get to their position, with 12 games left it is the real test.

In the race for the last playoff spot in the East, I have no doubt that Manhattan will clinch. It comes down in my opinion to the large point gap. Even though New England has a game in hand, they still have to make up a 3 point gap. In my opinion, New England is unlikely to be able to win two more games more than the Rage.
The Tampa Bay Barracuda will win at least 1 game in their final remaining 10. They may not be a very good team, but they are not 0-50 bad. They have too much talent to not win at least 1 game.
I think it is pretty incredible what Tampa Bay is doing so let's hope that they can complete this feat to go a whole season without a single point. It may never be repeated.
I gotta go in on the Pride getting the last playoff spot in the West. It's pretty much required me as being a member of the team, and that type of confidence is definitely necessary to help us get there. We also had a harder front of season schedule than our back end
I think the New Orleans Specters will have their playoff spot locked up this week with New Orleans locking up first in the west and why do I say this. Well I am the eternal optimist.
