"Render"?

Why the hell does everyone refer to a player cut as a 'render'?! It's a player, cut from an image.... there is no 'render'. If anything, the actual sigs you are creating should be referred to as a 'render'. Sorry, just something that's been bugging me on here!

It's a player cut!

It's just the terminology, don't really know exactly why, but yeah.

Its the term used all over the place. It will most likely continue to be called that.

It's called a render Because, by definition in graphic design a render is a part of a graphic you're adding 3d or layered quality to. Hence why the cut is considered a render, because you're trying to make it blended and 3desque
