I think from this thread, the following rule suggestions would work for all parties.

-SHL players always get priority on PG's over SMJHL players, regardless of if the SHL player has done one already that season.

-SHL PG's can only be claimed by Players Drafted to the SHL. (this includes send downs).

-Only SHL players who have not done a PG yet can bump another SHL player from their claim.

-Junior players may post in the claim thread, identifying they are a junior player and would pick up any open PG's. (ID because not everyone knows who the junior players are by name)

-If an SHL player that has claimed a PG cannot do theirs and no other SHL player wants to pick it up, it's given to a junior player, by post order.

-Everyone rejoices

Only problem I kinda have with that is the send down situations. I mean, they are like half juniors half pro. In the PbP claims, Kez has been treating them like juniors. Then you want to treat them l like pros for the PGs. I dont think they should get both. Either they are juniors, or they are pros.

yeah that's fine, just trying to make suggestions so we can work through this. If Kez is treating them as juniors for pbp's priority then probably would be okay to treat as juniors for PG's as well. That's reall the only grey area, which is why we need clarification one way or the other.
